✍ ingredients ( सामग्री ) :-
for jalebi
* maida ( मैडा ) 1 Cup
* curd ( दही ) 1 TBSP
* Semolina ( सूजी ) 1 TBSP
* ghee ( घी ) 1 TBSP
* baking powder ( बेकिंग पाउडर ) ½ TSP
* water ( पानी )
* food colour ( खाने का रंग )
for sugar syrup
* Sugar ( चीनी ) 1 cup
* water ( पानी ) 1 Cup
* food colour ( खाने का रंग )
* cardamom ( इलायची ) ¾
* lemon juice ( नींबू का रस ) 1 TBSP
* refined vegetable oil ( रिफाइंड तेल )

Method to MakeJalebi : ( In English )

Add 1 cup all purpose flour, one spoon curd and 1 spoon semolina in a bowl.
Add 1 tsp ghee and 1/2 tsp baking powder in it.
Add water little by little and mix the quail for 3-4 minutes.
Now add food color to it
Jalebi quail is ready.
To make syrup, put sugar in a pan, add water to it or let the sugar dissolve in water.
When the sugar dissolves, reduce the flame of the gas and keep stirring until the syrup becomes sticky.
When the syrup becomes sticky then add Food colour and cardamom.
Turn off the gas and add 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
Will put jalebi quail in the ketchup container.
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, reduce the flame to medium and fry the jalebis in the oil.
Fry the jalebi well on both sides.
When the jalebi is fried well, take it out of the oil and dip it in sugar syrup and then take it out on a plate.
jalebi is ready.

01:34We will add 3-4 Cardamom.
