00:00These doctors should read, all of you should read Tibb-e-Nabwi.
00:05In which, what was the standard of your food.
00:08I once, with Prof. Dr. Abdul Wahid, may Allah have mercy on him,
00:12I also told the principal of Nashta College,
00:15I told him about the Alam-e-Zahabi, Tibb-e-Nabwi.
00:19In that, who didn't eat with whom.
00:22I told him that.
00:23He said, the person who will follow this,
00:25he will die, he won't get sick.
00:27So, there should be Hijama,
00:29and with Hijama, the order of life told by my Prophet,
00:32there should also be food.
00:34I was in Dubai,
00:35so one,
00:37this,
00:39who,
00:41the experts of diet, what do you call them?
00:44Nutritional.
00:46He was from India, my friend.
00:48So, I went, I had already had a heart attack.
00:51So, he wrote me some things,
00:54He said, you shouldn't drink water while eating.
00:58I said, is it Sunnah to drink water while eating?
01:02He said,
01:04forgive me,
01:06for those who eat according to Sunnah,
01:08it is very important to drink water.
01:10I have patients who have eaten up to here,
01:13so I tell them not to drink water.
01:16Not to drink water.
01:18So,
01:20your food,
01:22affects your temperament also.
01:24In our country, there is emotionality.
01:26If you fight, you get angry quickly.
01:28You don't have patience.
01:30The food is bad.
01:32The food is wrong.
01:34Make your body a habit of hunger.
01:36So,
01:38Hijama is also useful.
01:40All the ways of Sunnah are useful.
01:42Two people came to Kufa.
01:44One person came.
01:46He said, I want to meet the Ameer-ul-Momineen.
01:48He was talking to Hazrat Ali.
01:50He was the Ameer-ul-Momineen.
01:52He said, he will come.
01:54After a while, Hasanain came.
01:56He went and brought food for him.
01:58Excellent food.
02:00And that person was eating Sattu.
02:02So,
02:04that guest said,
02:06this poor guy is eating Sattu.
02:08I have food like this.
02:10He said, this is the Ameer-ul-Momineen
02:12from whom you have come to meet.
02:14His Sattu used to come from Madinah
02:16and he used to eat Sattu.
02:18He was so strong that he could break the door of Khyber.
02:20My Ameer-ul-Momineen,
02:22they fly so high.
02:24They are looking at their Lord.
02:26And the manifestation of Moses
02:28is not on them, but on the mountain.
02:30And here,
02:32you are saying,
02:34Assalam-o-Alaikum.
02:36My Lord is saying.
02:38This scholar says,
02:40according to your gathering,
02:42he said,
02:44It is enough for a man
02:46to eat a few bites.
02:48It is enough for a man
02:50to keep his back straight.
02:52More than that,
02:54it is a bad deed.
02:56But if he says,
02:58O Messenger of Allah,
03:00I cannot bear a few bites.
03:02Then,
03:04he should keep a third part of his stomach
03:06for eating.
03:08And then,
03:10he should keep a third part for drinking water.
03:12And then,
03:14he should keep a third part for breathing.
03:16And then,
03:18he should keep a third part of his stomach empty.
03:20He is not ill.
03:22He is not ill.
03:24Hakeem Sahib used to say,
03:26All the people who were ill,
03:28all the people who are ill today,
03:30all the people who will be ill in the future,
03:32it is all because of eating.
03:34My Prophet ate in the morning,
03:36he did not eat in the evening.
03:38He ate in the evening,
03:40and he ate in the morning.
03:42And he ate in the evening.
03:44My Prophet ate only once.
03:46When he conquered Mecca,
03:48he asked his sister,
03:50to feed him something
03:52for his heart's sake.
03:54So he had a few bites of bread for his heart's sake.
03:56He ate in the morning,
03:58he did not eat in the evening.
04:00He ate in the morning,
04:02he did not eat in the evening.
04:04He did not eat in the evening,
04:06he did not eat in the evening.
04:08He did not eat in the evening.
04:10This,
04:12he did not eat in the evening.
04:14I will tell you about my village.
04:16When the food was left,
04:18my mother used to share it.
04:20My mother used to share it.
04:22And when he had finished eating,
04:24he went outside and started eating.
04:26The food that used to go to the poor,
04:28started going to our fridge.
04:30But this food spoils.
04:32This processed food,
04:34this junk food,
04:36this food spoils your life.
04:38He had a stomach full.
04:40He had a stomach full.
04:42So he came here.
04:44And he said,
04:46If this fat was not here,
04:48it would have been so much better.
04:50I am not saying this to you.
04:54If this fat was not here,
04:56it would have been so much better.
04:58A fat man looks fat,
05:00but if a woman has a stomach full,
05:02it is even worse.
05:04So Allah made him beautiful.
05:06He ate and left his destruction.
05:16So read the life of your Prophet.
05:18My brothers, read.
05:20Allah has hidden
05:22all the goods of this world and the hereafter.
05:26Keep him hungry.
05:28My Prophet said,
05:34The worst thing
05:36a person can eat
05:38is his stomach.
05:44In the house of Hazrat Umar,
05:46no one could eat
05:48the food cooked for him.
05:50We cannot do such a thing.
05:52I am just giving you an example.
05:56Two people came to Kufa.
05:58One person said,
06:00I want to meet Amirul Momineen.
06:02The other person said,
06:04He is on his way.
06:06After a while,
06:08Hasanain came.
06:10He brought food for him.
06:12He was eating sattu.
06:14The guest said,
06:16This poor man is eating sattu.
06:18I have such food.
06:20Call him to eat.
06:22He said,
06:24This is Amirul Momineen.
06:26His sattu used to come from Madinah
06:28and he used to eat it.
06:30I saw your sword in Istanbul.
06:32That sword was so heavy.
06:36It was so heavy.
06:38If you want your health,
06:40make it a rule.
06:42Do not eat a lot of food at one time.
06:46Do not mix sweets with food.
06:50Do not mix sweets with food.
06:52Do not eat a lot of food.
06:54Eat rice first
06:56and then start eating bread.
06:58If you eat rice first,
07:00then you will start eating sweets.
07:04He was in such a bad condition.
07:06He was eating sweets.
07:08After a few days,
07:10he passed away.
07:12He did not pass away.
07:14He was a little sick.
07:16So, accept your Prophethood.
07:22All of you should read
07:24the book,
07:26which explains
07:28how to eat properly.
07:30Once,
07:32I had breakfast
07:34with Prof. Dr. Abdul Wahid.
07:36I told him
07:38that
07:40who should not eat
07:42with whom.
07:44He said,
07:46whoever does this,
07:48he will die.
07:50So, you should eat
07:52according to
07:54the Sunnah.
08:00He was a nutritionist.
08:02He was from India.
08:04He was my friend.
08:06I went to him.
08:08I had a heart attack.
08:10He told me
08:12that I should not drink water
08:14while eating.
08:16I asked him,
08:18is this Sunnah?
08:20He said,
08:22it is very important
08:24to drink water for those
08:26who eat according to Sunnah.
08:28I have patients
08:30who have eaten up to this point.
08:32I tell them not to drink water.
08:34So,
08:36your food
08:38affects your temperament.
08:40In our country,
08:42there is emotionality.
08:44There is no patience.
08:46The mood is bad.
08:48Make your body
08:50calm.
08:52Hijama is useful.
08:54All Sunnah methods are useful.
