01:38The PNP ACG is continuously monitoring to avoid spreading the poster of the siblings.

01:45We will continue our investigation in case it is spread to other social media accounts, it will be taken down immediately.

01:50Anyone who is caught spreading videos will face violation of Republic Act 9995,

01:56or an act defining and penalizing the crime of photo and video voyeurism,

02:01and Republic Act 11930,

02:04or Anti-Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children,

02:08and Anti-Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials Act.

02:14According to the PNP ACG, this case is being studied by other parents who are being monitored by their children's online activity.

02:21The children should have limited access to the internet and monitor what they are watching.

02:27It is possible for the parents to answer under Anti-Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children,

02:34and Anti-Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials Act or Republic Act 11930.

02:42Parental guidance is really needed, especially for minors.

02:45According to the PNP ACG,

02:4741 cases were registered in 2023 related to the violation of Republic Act 11930,

02:5451 from January to August 8 this year.
