00:32Well I was visiting Aberystwyth and heard that there was a potential for far-right mastering
00:36and given that I have been in Blackpool just recently I was at the Punk Festival
00:40when the violence erupted and I wanted to be here to make sure that if anything did happen
00:43that there were people here to contest it.
00:46Honestly we've been a massively diverse culture for hundreds if not thousands of years
00:50and it is time that the certain outdated opinions of certain woefully ignorant individuals
00:56are countered and stopped including those in Parliament.
00:59This is such an uplifting thing to see.
01:01I was a member of maybe 16 to 20 in Blackpool before the real violence started
01:08and it was a little bit unnerving to see some of you.
01:11They weren't mobilised because they weren't given enough notice
01:14but now it's so nice to see not only in Aberystwyth but the entire of Great Britain and the United Kingdom
01:19people are standing up and they are saying no and they are saying no our communities are not like this.
01:24This is...
01:32I grieve. I grieve the losses my people made to get here.
01:37The violence we faced in the 50s, 60s and 70s.
01:41I grieve for a future thrice stolen from me by the machinations of this United Kingdom
01:46and for a past I cannot return to.
01:49For a present I find it's been stolen from me even as I stand and scream aloud.
01:55It should not be like this.
02:19We don't want a fascist government in Wales.
