24:54and she got her phone and ran to the bathroom.

25:20At this point, I was not going to let my sister out of my sight.
25:26Law enforcement arrive at Rogelio's family farm
25:29and arrest him.

25:41They filed a report and Rogelio is charged

36:46who has important information regarding the night of the murder.
36:50He's a customer at the Hard Rock Casino
36:52who stated that he had just began a romantic relationship with Margarita.
36:57He says that Margarita was planning on divorcing Rogelio.
37:02At 12.04 a.m. on the night of the murder,

37:08the man receives a call from Margarita's phone.

37:29For me, this was a big moment in the case.

37:42I believe he murdered Margarita
37:44and then used her phone to try to call this man.

38:48knowing that he will not be able to access or hurt Christian.

39:40Then he knew he had lost all power and all control.
39:44So he did what he had to do and he ended it.
39:47He murdered her.
39:50Margarita's family and friends gathered to celebrate her life.
39:54We sang, we danced, we ate, and a live band came out.
40:01That was the best way to honor her
40:03and say goodbye with a party.
40:09After my sister passed away,
40:11we took in Christian, my husband and I.
40:15He's a wonderful boy.
40:18He has Margarita's personality.
40:21He's just a joy and I'm just so happy and blessed to be his mom.
