00:19Because it is very important to keep the documents properly in the scholarship.
00:25The most important document is the student's father's income certificate which is also known as Utpana Chah Dakhla in Maharashtra.
00:34If you apply for a state government scholarship or a national scholarship, it is very important that you have the student's father's income certificate.

00:53If the Aadhaar card is not updated, please update the Aadhaar card as soon as possible.
00:58Link the Aadhaar card with the student's mobile number and the Aadhaar card with the student's bank account.
01:05The second document is the student's nationalized bank account passbook.
01:11It is very important that the student's bank account is in a nationalized bank.
01:17If you open your bank account in any other bank, the process will be slow.
01:21It is better that you open your bank account in any nationalized bank.
01:25If the student is a minor, he can open his bank account jointly with his mother or father.
01:32The next document is the student's mark sheets which are required from SSC onwards.
01:39If the student is in 12th, undergraduate or masters, he will need all the mark sheets from 10th onwards.
01:46The next document is the student's bona fide certificate which will be issued from the college.
01:51In some scholarship schemes, you have to download the bona fide certificate while filling out the form.
02:00You have to take the college's signature and stamp on the student's photo and upload the same document.
02:07For some other schemes, you can upload the bona fide certificate issued from the college.
02:12The next document is the college's fees receipt xerox.
02:16In some colleges, the fees receipt xerox is required.
02:20In some colleges, the bona fide certificate is required.
02:24But keep in mind that you have to keep both the certificates with you.
02:30The next document which is very important and optional is the domicile certificate.
02:35This is a proof that you are a resident of the particular place.
02:38This will not be required for students in 11th and 12th.
02:42But if you are doing a professional course or if you are doing a graduation like BCA or BCS and you have to apply for some schemes,
02:51then the domicile certificate is very important.
02:53The next document which is required from time to time is the leaving certificate xerox.
02:58You can give the leaving certificate xerox of 10th or 12th.
03:03In some schemes, you will also be asked for the minority certificate.
03:07You will find the link of the minority certificate in the download section of the form.
