00:18We are at the Temple of Justice in Venezuela, the Supreme Court of Justice.
00:29I have appeared to the summons of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Bolivarian Republic
00:41of Venezuela, which is not a puppet of anyone in this world.
00:49I have been deprived of all immunities as a head of state.

05:06to this contentious appeal.
05:08I want to thank the 13 political parties and movements that supported the candidacy
05:22of this man that is here, Nicolás Maduro Moro.
05:28I appreciate Henry Páraz, President of the Communist Party of Venezuela, who appeared
05:36at the subpoena.
05:40I thank Gilberto Jiménez, President, to a head of a religious organization and to Ambassador
05:56Medina, lawmaker of the Patria Para Todos party.
06:03And I thank compatriot Henry Hernández, President of the United Unidad Nacional Venezolana.
06:17I thank William José Benavides, the head of Todos Podemos, and the young leader Ricardo
06:28Sánchez, General Secretary of the Alliance for Change party, and to Bachelor Vanessa
06:37Montero, Secretary General of Somos Venezuela movement, and to, I think, engineer and coordinator
06:48of Verde party, and Hector RodrĂguez, coordinator of Futuro movement, and among others, representatives
07:05and to, and I thank captain of the Bolivarian armed, and Vice President of the United Socialist

07:35chamber, abided by the constitution and the laws, and as it was demanded by the Supreme
07:44Court of Justice of the Republic.
07:47I want to appreciate, I want to thank all that professional work that you have made,
07:55as I referred at the hearing, we, through this new electoral system, and through this
08:04new constitution, we have 31, we have had 31 elections within 25 years.
08:14We have won 29 elections in different contests, one more favorable, and other hardshard, but
08:28we have won 29 elections, and we have lost with honor, and with our constitutional loyalty.
08:40When we lose, when we lost, we didn't, we didn't take to the streets to burn down anything,
08:48because we respect the constitution, we respect the people, and I said proudly that the forces
08:57that represent the legacy of Commander Hugo Chavez, the United Socialist Party, and the
09:04great patriotic Paul Simon Bolivar, we have the experience, the mechanism, the organization,
09:12the professional capacity, and the expertise to lead an electoral process, and to collect
09:22all documents that were delivered today, very thoughtfully, to the electoral chamber, and

09:46the three statements of his three representatives are outrageous, as they are disregarding everything
09:58that has to do with electoral material, and all media outlets are hiding, are hiding out those
10:07facts, and do you want CNN, AFP, U.S. government, there won't be any civil war, and it is outrageous
10:20that this candidate abandoned his voters, that he doesn't comply with the law, and doesn't appear
10:29before the Supreme Court of Justice, it is outrageous how they chant fraud, and don't bring
10:38to the court the evidence of that fraud, they didn't deliver anything, and it was recorded
