00:00Could you introduce yourself first of all?
00:03Hello, my name's Ian Dixon, I'm from Crawley Green Party.
00:06And why are you here today?
00:08I'm here because I'm opposing the right-wing fascist riots that have been going on across the country.
00:15It's the first time they've appeared here in Crawley in these recent riots.
00:20They've been here before and we've actually shooed them away.
00:23Crawley people have said, get out, we don't want you here.
00:26And that's what I'm here for, so I hope we're going to do the same today.
00:29If any more people do turn up from the right-wing, we want you out.
00:34We're not interested in what you've got to say.
00:36We don't believe in the sort of things you believe in.
00:38We want a decent society.
00:40All you're doing is bringing destruction and division and hate.
00:45That's not Crawley.
00:47We don't believe in that and that's why I'm here.
00:49Lovely. And what about the turnout?
00:51It looks like a really good turnout against the far right.
00:54Pretty good so far. I've talked to somebody and they reckon about 200 people so far.
00:59We might see 500 maybe in the next hour or so.
01:03That would be brilliant because we like to have a lot of people here saying to the right-wing
01:08that you're not welcome, you're not wanted here.
01:12Brilliant. Thank you Ian.
