00:00My name's Mike, we're from Kearnsley Relishes, we make all our stuff at home, everything,

00:05Maria makes them all, I'm the labelling man, if there's any rotten labels or upside down

00:11I put them on.

00:13We go to the shows, we've got 18 different selections of relishes, chillies, jams, chutneys,

00:22they go with almost anything.

00:24We've just introduced for the show a fig, apple and port chutney, which we sold out

00:31in Southern, so we're now here selling it again here.

00:35We've been busy, busy, busy, and we sell it also at Robinson's, Cymbal Mills and Keller's

00:41down in Port St Mary.
