ನೀರಜ್ ಚೋಪ್ರಾಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಪಿಎಂ ಮೋದಿ

ಪ್ಯಾರಿಸ್​ ಒಲಿಂಪಿಕ್ಸ್​ನಲ್ಲಿ (Paris Olympics) ಜಾವಲಿನ್​ ಎಸೆತದಲ್ಲಿ (Javelin Throw)ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಪದಕ ಗೆದ್ದ ನೀರಜ್ ಚೋಪ್ರಾ (Neeraj Chopra) ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ 5ನೇ ಪದಕ ತಂದುಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪ್ಯಾರಿಸ್​ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಕೂಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿನ್ನ ಗೆಲ್ಲಬಹುದಾದ ಏಕೈಕ ಭರವಸೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ನೀರಜ್​ ಚೋಪ್ರಾ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಪದಕ ಗೆದ್ದರು. ಇದೂ ಇಡೀ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಕೂಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಂತಹ ಏಕೈಕ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಪದಕವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಸತತ 2ನೇ ಪದಕ ಗೆದ್ದುಕೊಟ್ಟ ನೀರಜ್ ಚೋಪ್ರಾಗೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ (PM Modi) ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. Neeraj Chopra, who won silver medal in Javelin Throw in Paris Olympics, has brought 5th medal to India. Neeraj Chopra, who was the only hope to win gold at the Paris Games, won the silver medal.
