00:00I think ultimately where we're going to land with this discussion before we even have it is
00:06look at his game time. Farka was clearly having him. So two things can be true at once. One,
00:12a player can be not the absolute favourite of people around the club and they can also be
00:21everyone's favourite when they step on the pitch. There were other things that rubbed people's
00:26noses the wrong way and whether you would call it an attitude or whether you would call it ego,
00:31it is I suppose semantics or how you view it. There was an incident at the Christmas party
00:37which I do laugh at rather than get angry about that he turned up for the player's Christmas party
00:43with an entourage and a videographer. Some people didn't like that. Again some people will think
00:51well so what he's a footballer he's paid to play football and as long as he's playing football
00:54which he did very well then it doesn't matter. I can understand why there were staff members who
01:01found it difficult or more difficult than others to deal with but like I said at the start look
01:07what he did on the pitch and if Farka had a major issue with him and Farka's a bit of a disciplinarian
01:15like we should note that. I mean look at the way he dealt with Nyanto and Sinisterra
01:20and he did it at Norwich as well with Cantwell and others. He does not suffer
01:27fools lightly and he was happy to have Somerville in the team. I think that pretty
01:33much sums it up and that will hopefully put it to bed. Probably wasn't the easiest to get to
01:39do things. Probably needed chiding and reminding a little bit more than others but he'll be
01:45remembered for what he did on the pitch because ultimately he delivered and that's
01:53probably where I would land on it. I mean were I working at Leeds and seeing him day to day
01:59I might have a different opinion completely but I never had to really deal with him other than to
02:05interview him once or twice and I saw him on a visit to a Leeds children's charity at
02:12Lennon Farm and to be fair to him and Willy Nyanto they were great with the kids.
