'Entourage' Creator Doug Ellin Says Show Is The Secret Bipartisan Sauce

As political tension ramps up ahead of the 2024 Presidential Election, there’s one ultimate bipartisan lifeline -- the TV show "Entourage."

00:11and he said this Entourage reboot is going to be awesome.

00:22I know everyone's crazy.

00:25Just the fact that we've been off the air for a decade and the conservative vice presidential

00:31candidate likes Entourage.

00:35It shocks me that he's willing to publicly say it.

00:37You know, Obama back in the day was his favorite show.

00:39Yeah.

00:40And how much the world has shifted then, there's no way a Democrat could say they liked Entourage

00:44because it would just be like, oh my God, what an animal this guy is.

00:47He hates everybody.

00:48But the fact that a Yale conservative, again, whatever anybody wants to think about him,

00:52I don't want to spend any time on that, I think is pretty cool.

00:55And the fact that we still have some relevance left and the fact that people get so angry

00:58about it, because I looked at the tweet comments, they're like, of course you like Entourage.

01:02It's the worst thing that ever happened.

01:04So I thought it was pretty cool.

01:06And like I said, the fact that Obama loved the show and I know that Trump liked the show

01:12because back in the day, Trump ran into Rob Weiss at a fight.

01:15Rob Weiss was the executive producer at Entourage and someone introduced him and said,

01:19Rob writes on Entourage and Trump said, great show.

01:22But you know, Apprentice has better ratings, right?

01:24Oh yeah, of course.

01:25So I mean, it's just funny.

01:26I mean, is this like the one show that could unify the country?

01:31Of course it can.

01:32That's what people need to think about.

01:34Entourage unifies.

01:35They like to talk, again, they.

01:37I hate the they.

01:38There are just crazy people out there who like to talk about what an angry, mean show it was.

01:42And what it was about was about loyalty.

01:44It was about friendship.

01:45And I love that, you know, no matter what side of the aisle you're on, you can watch Entourage,

01:49have a good time and forget all your problems.
