00:00We have breaking news. The former Commission on Elections, or COMELEC Chairman, Andy Bautista, is now facing the U.S. Federal Grand Jury.
00:10According to the U.S. Justice Department, Bautista will face one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering and three counts of international laundering of monetary statements.
00:20Because of that, Bautista received a complaint from the company that bought the Philippine Vote Counting Machine for the 2016 elections.
00:29There is no statement yet about Bautista, but he has already denied the allegation.
