Bad news for Nelly ... the rapper was busted in Missouri ... and cops say illicit drugs are involved.

00:10So he was gambling at a place called Hollywood Casino in St. Charles, Missouri and won a

00:15jackpot.

00:16Congrats Nellie!

00:17And then it ended up getting him arrested.

00:21Turns out because Nellie's jackpot was so big, the law required the casino to do a background

00:26check.

00:27So what they did, they found an outstanding warrant for driving without insurance.

00:31So they arrested him on that warrant and when they searched him, they found four ecstasy

00:36pills.

00:37Looks like this wasn't the only kind of dealer Nellie visited, allegedly.

00:41And he ended up getting arrested for ecstasy possession.

00:44It's a BS law and I object.

00:47If he had a warrant that was for a violent crime, okay.

00:51But this is a warrant for not having an insurance card.

00:55Why do you have to search somebody?

00:57The lawyer for Nellie feels the exact same way.

00:59The attorney says this was all a shaft job.

01:03They completely screwed him because he said he's won other jackpots and they never ran

01:09Has anybody won a jackpot in Vegas or anywhere else?

01:15If she did, she would be arrested right now.
