కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా భావించిన Waqf Board సవరణ చట్టానికి ప్రతిష్టంభన ఏర్పడింది. పార్లమెంట్ లో అనేక ప్రతిపక్ష పార్టీలు వ్యతిరేకించాయి. దీంతో బిల్లును ప్రివిలేజ్ కమిటీకి నివేదించారు.
The central government's ambitious Waqf Board Amendment Act has stalled. Many opposition parties in Parliament opposed it. With this the Bill was reported to the Privileges Committee.
