01:03This time, Trillanes files the complaints over the alleged anomalous government frigate
01:07acquisition project amounting to 16 billion pesos.
01:10The allegations stem from Trillanes' allegation that Duterte and the other respondents allegedly
01:15pushed for the installation of a combat management system into two military frigates which were
01:20inferior to what was originally specified in the government contract.
01:24He alleges the government officials acted with evident bad faith and gave unwarranted
01:28benefits and advantages to a private contractor.
01:31Trillanes says the complaint is based on the findings of a 2018 Senate probe and on testimonies
01:36of officials privy to the manipulation.
01:38Go dismisses Trillanes' allegations as, quote, rehashed accusations.
01:45The health office in Iloilo province struck controversy by using Filipino gymnast Carlos
01:49Yulo and his two gold medals in the Paris Olympics to promote its family planning and
01:54vasectomy campaign.
01:55An ad by the Iloilo Provincial Health Office says it will offer free vasectomies to, quote,
02:00all Ilongos named Carlos, including their friends.
02:03This quickly made the rounds on social media where it was greeted with a chorus of jeers,
02:07laughter, and bewilderment.
02:09Online users point out the irony of choosing a young and unmarried athlete as a model for
02:14vasectomy.
02:15The backlash was swift and fierce, prompting the IPHO to delete the post and replace it
02:19with another ad.
02:25Veteran actor Nino Mulac turns emotional at a Senate hearing as he recalls his son Sandro's
02:30reaction after allegedly being sexually harassed by two high-ranking GMA Network creative personnel.
02:44The ad's Sandro is even hesitant to file a complaint, knowing it will affect his work.
02:49Mulac attended the hearing on behalf of his son Sandro, who is still traumatized by the

02:54The National Bureau of Investigation says Sandro was advised to refrain from using social
