00:00He built a wooden church in 330 A.D.
00:13There was a Christian woman in Egypt.
00:19The king of Egypt insisted that she leave her religion.
00:26She refused.
00:28He punished her severely and killed her.
00:34Because Constantine was the greatest king of his time,
00:40he accepted Christianity.
00:43He named her Sophia.
00:51In 530 A.D.
00:55The church was burnt down.
00:58In 230 A.D.
01:00It was made of wood.
01:03The king's name was Constantine.
01:08He wanted to build a church that would leave the hackle of Sulaiman A.S.
01:15For 7 years, 10,000 craftsmen worked on it.
01:23You can see the heavy weight of the top.
01:27How many times did it fall?
01:30It fell because of the weight.
01:33In 530 A.D.
01:38Today it is 2024.
01:40What an architect he was.
01:43He had the strength of his arms.
01:46Finally, he succeeded in it.
01:49In 7 years, with the help of 10,000 craftsmen and engineers,
01:54this church was built.
01:57When he saw it, he said,
01:59Today I have left the hackle of Sulaiman A.S.
02:03He was right.
02:05I don't know if the hackle of Sulaiman A.S. is more beautiful than this.
02:09But he was right.
02:19Human life started from the jungles and caves.
02:24Allah wanted man to do the best he could.
02:32The church that the crow built thousands of years ago is still the same.
02:39The church that the bird built thousands of years ago is still the same.
02:44But this city is not like it was thousands of years ago.
02:47There are no buses, no clothes, no food.
02:50The desire for the best is in it.
02:53That's why reading history is as important as reading Sharia.
02:59History has given me a lot of benefit for the knowledge of Sharia.
03:04The culture of Iran, the culture of Rome and the culture of India
03:14are very old.
03:16Their history is very old.
03:18What is preserved starts a few hundred years before the life of Jesus A.S.
03:24There is silence behind it.
03:27Since our topic is Hagia Sophia Mosque,
03:30it was built by the Roman kings.
03:33I will tell you a little history of them.
03:37Rome is a very big city.
03:39We have been there.
03:41Hundreds of years before the arrival of Jesus A.S.,
03:45there were six or seven villages nearby.
03:48There were Latin people living there.
03:51This started with the seven villages of Rome, its empire and its capital.
03:59A very large empire of Rome came into existence,
04:07which ruled over more than half of the world.
04:10Then, in the fourth century,
04:13Jesus A.S. was divided into two parts in 308-309 A.D.
04:23The Roman Empire.
04:25One was Western and the other was Eastern.
04:27The Western empire was destroyed by the savage tribes of Germany in 470 A.D.
04:34It was destroyed.
04:36Other kings started to rule there.
04:39The Eastern Roman Empire was called Byzantine.
04:48When Constantine became the king,
04:51he established the largest empire.
04:54He decided to build a new city for his ruler.
05:02He was such a wise man.
05:05After thousands of years, Napoleon came.
05:07He was a great general.
05:09He said that if there is one government in the world,
05:12the capital for it will be Istanbul.
05:16He had such a deep vision.
05:19He came and took a stick and drew a line from it.
05:23At that time, there were attacks.
05:26The city is surrounded by the sea from three sides.
05:30The Istanbul in front is made later.
05:32The sea can't be attacked from there.
05:35At that time, the naval army was very weak.
05:41The ships were dry from one side.
05:43It could be easily covered.
05:45Therefore, the day this city was built,
05:47no one could conquer it from that day.
05:50Except for Muhammad Fatih.
05:52After that, Constantine accepted the Christian religion.
05:59He named it New Rome.
06:03The original name was New Rome.
06:05But later he changed his name to Constantinia.
06:08In our country, it is read as Kustuntunia.
06:11This is Constantinia.
06:13He built a wooden church in 330 AD.
06:20This is Hagia Sophia.
06:22This wooden church was built.
06:25There was a Christian woman in Hagia Sophia.
06:29The idolatrous king of Hagia Sophia
06:32forced her to leave his help.
06:35She refused.
06:37He punished her and killed her.
06:42Constantine was the greatest king of his time.
06:47He accepted Christianity.
06:50He named it Hagia Sophia.
06:53Hagia Sophia in the name of that woman.
06:56In 530 AD, the idol was burnt.
07:01After 200 years, the wooden church was burnt.
07:06The king at that time was also named Constantine.
07:09He was the king at that time.
07:11He said, I have built such a church
07:13that will leave the hackle of Sulaiman.
07:16For 7 years, 10,000 workers worked on it.
07:22You can see the heavy weight of the top.
07:26How many times did it fall?
07:28It fell because of the weight.
07:31If you calculate 530 A.D.
07:35Today it is 2024.
07:37What an architect he was.
07:39He was strong in his arms.
07:42Finally, he succeeded in it.
07:44In 7 years, 10,000 workers and engineers
07:48built this church.
07:51When he saw it, he said,
07:53Today I have left the hackle of Sulaiman.
07:56He was right.
07:58I don't know about the hackle of Sulaiman.
08:00It may be more beautiful than this.
08:02But according to the remains, he was right.
08:04In 530 to 537,
08:08how much was the development of the human architect
08:12that this thing and that map,
08:14how did he make it?
08:16If you see, you will know the strength of 530.
08:20What were the conditions here at that time?
08:23Then it became the largest Christian fort.
08:27The Christian fort was Palestine,
08:30where Jesus Christ came.
08:32He was taken away from us.
08:34He was hanged.
08:36But after that,
08:38its strength was divided into two places.
08:41One was Rome, the Western Roman Empire.
08:44After that, the German tribes were also Christians.
08:47Pope of Rome and Pope of Istanbul.
08:51It was bigger than that because it was more powerful.
08:54In 311, the city was completed.
08:59It was not completed.
09:01It was enough to live in it.
09:03There were incomplete buildings.
09:05So Constantine celebrated.
09:07And he laid the foundation of this wooden church.
09:10It was a temporary structure.
09:12It was completed by his son Istanbul.
09:15First its name was Constantinople.
09:18Then when the Ottomans came,
09:20they changed its name to Istanbul.
09:22In the name of his son.
09:24And to erase his name.
09:26From 311 to 1453,
09:30no one could conquer it.
09:32And before the Muslims,
09:34Kisra, who was the king of Iran,
09:36he was the greatest king of the world at that time.
09:39He brought all his strength here.
09:41Across the sea.
09:43No one could conquer it.
09:45And its natural obstacle was the sea.
09:48And they had a very big iron chain.
09:51Because the sea was very tight in one place.
09:53It was installed there.
09:55So no ship could go ahead from that side.
09:58In 1453,
10:01In 1450,
10:03Muhammad became the king.
10:05He was 21 years old at that time.
10:07I will tell you his history later.
10:14He had given his glad tidings that
10:17the first army that will attack the city of Kisra,
10:21will be forgiven.
10:23And whoever conquers it,
10:25heaven will be forbidden for him.
10:27So there were attacks on it in every era.
10:29When the Muslims became powerful,
10:31it was unsuccessful.
10:33It was attacked during the reign of Abu Bakr.
10:35It was attacked during the reign of Abu Bakr.
10:37And then the Ottoman Turks attacked it.
10:39It was unsuccessful.
10:41Muhammad Fateh,
10:43Allah had written this in his fate.
10:45So when he was 24 years old,
10:47he prepared the army.
10:49He spent three years in preparation.
10:51No one was left in the army.
10:53Everything else happened.
10:55And everyone fasted.
10:57And everyone prayed to Allah at night.
10:59They did not even fast in the state of war.
11:01But the whole army was so excited
11:03that they fasted.
11:05They cried in front of Allah all night.
11:07And they prepared.
11:09Now, the most amazing history
11:11is that
11:13Allah suggested to Muhammad Fateh
11:15to attack from the sea.
11:17So how to attack?
11:19There were mountains in front of him.
11:21And
11:23if you go through the sea,
11:25there were chains in front of him.
11:27It was not possible to cross them.
11:29So he started to build
11:31the mountains.
11:33From where did he collect so much fat?
11:35I don't know.
11:37He put fat on all the mountains.
11:39And then he put ropes on the ships
11:41and pulled them up.
11:43It was slippery.
11:45When it was slippery,
11:47thousands of people pulled the ships
11:49and pulled them to the peak.
11:51And then he put them
11:53in the sea from there.
11:55When it was morning,
11:57the Istanbul people saw
11:59that the whole sea
12:01was in the sea.
12:03The wall of the fort
12:05was also weak.
12:07And there was no protection system.
12:09So everyone was surprised.
12:11How did this happen?
12:13This is the first and last incident
12:15in the history of the world.
12:17It has never happened before.
12:19He took such a large army
12:21and pulled them up the mountains.
12:23First he broke the rocks of the mountains.
12:25Then he put fat on them.
12:27I don't know who else
12:29but he put fat on the animals.
12:31Then he put fat on the ships.
12:33And the next day,
12:35he went into the sea.
12:37When he saw him,
12:39he realized that he was
12:41caught by the Romans.
12:43So all the great priests
12:45and their priests
12:47were ringing the bells
12:49and praying.
12:51But Allah Almighty
12:53blessed Muhammad Fatih
12:55at this age.
12:57So he broke the wall
12:59with cannons because the wall was weak.
13:01There were three walls on that side.
13:03And between each wall
13:05there were deep and long
13:07water ponds.
13:09To cross them,
13:11he used to lay a hanging bridge.
13:13Then he would pick it up
13:15when he wanted to leave.
13:17At that time, the king's name
13:19was also Qusuddin.
13:21On the day of Mangal,
13:23on the 29th of May,
13:25on the day of Budh,
13:27on the 14th of September,
13:29the Islamic army entered Istanbul.
13:31This is Turkey.
13:33Turkey of Asia.
13:35The Ottoman Empire was established.
13:37Turkey of Asia.
13:39Their government had gone beyond that.
13:41So Istanbul was not
13:43under their control.
13:45No one could take over them.
13:47So when he entered,
13:49it was the day of Budh.
13:51He went to Hagia Sophia.
13:53He did not enter on the first day.
13:55He entered on Friday.
13:57And he offered the first Friday prayer
13:59to the scholars
14:01who were there at that time.
14:03And he planned to make it a mosque.
14:05So in its beauty
14:07and beauty,
14:09it has a history of 537 years.
14:11He just kept it safe.
14:13He kept it safe.
14:15Then from 1453
14:17to 1553,
14:191500, 1700, 1800, 1900.
14:21It lasted
14:23about 4500 years.
14:25In 1923,
14:27the Ottoman Empire ended.
14:29Their last king was Abdul Hamid.
14:31Before him was Abdul Majid
14:33who built the Masjid-e-Nabwi.
14:35The old Masjid-e-Nabwi and
14:37the old Turkish Haram.
14:39I say 1900.
14:41Abdul Majid is still written there.
14:43He built it.
14:45The train from the Asian part of Istanbul
14:47used to go to Madinah.
14:49The rail was spread all the way to Madinah.
14:51Because the Ottoman Turks ruled all the way.
14:53There was a movie called Lawrence of Arabia.
14:55There was an Englishman named Lawrence.
14:57He
15:01revolted the
15:03Sharif-e-Makkah
15:05against the Ottoman Turks.
15:07He broke the railway line.
15:09The Ottoman Empire was also weak at that time.
15:11My teacher,
15:13Mr. Azeem Rahmatullah,
15:15I studied with him for a while.
15:17He knew me.
15:19He asked me if I had watched
15:21Lawrence of Arabia.
15:23I said no.
15:25He said you must watch it.
15:27Gulab Ali and I
15:29went to watch the movie.
15:31The English movie was 3 hours long.
15:35When Abdul Majid
15:37built the Masjid-e-Nabwi,
15:39he announced
15:41that experts from all over the world
15:43came to us.
15:453000 families
15:47came here.
15:49He built a separate city for them.
15:51He told every expert
15:53to teach their children
15:55and make Hafiz-e-Quran.
15:57The people who came
15:59taught their children
16:01and made Hafiz.
16:03He shifted them to Madinah.
16:05He built a separate city for them.
16:07From there,
16:09he built the Masjid-e-Nabwi
16:11by reciting Quran and ablution.
16:15If a stone
16:17was too small,
16:19he used to cut it
16:21in the mosque itself.
16:23He used to take it back
16:25to the same place
16:27and cut it there.
16:29Then he used to fix it
16:31so that there is no noise in the mosque.
16:33When the mosque was being built,
16:35Allah raised the rank of Malik Fahad.
16:37He used to smoke
16:39and wear shoes.
16:41He used to have a clean shave.
16:43I don't know who he was.
16:45He made Baitullah
16:47in the same way.
16:51When Sultan Abdul Majeed came,
16:53he started laughing.
16:55He said,
16:57I sent so much money
16:59that the Masjid-e-Nabwi
17:01was made of gold.
17:03In that time also,
17:05these two things happened.
17:07May Allah bless him.
17:09In the last days,
17:11the Jews will take over Turkey
17:13and Istanbul.
17:15The Mahdi will come from Syria
17:17and conquer Istanbul.
17:19After his victory,
17:21the news will spread
17:23that the Dajjal has come.
17:25At that time,
17:27the army will leave for Syria.
17:29The news will spread
17:31that the Dajjal has come.
17:33May Allah bless him.
17:35There was a lot of opposition.
17:37But he turned it into a mosque.
17:39Mashallah, it is a mosque now.
