00:00Some parts of Florida drowned in the flood because of the strong rainfall of Tropical Storm Debbie.

00:11Their streets are full of wide rivers.

00:15According to local media, more than 16 inches of rain fell in Central Florida.

00:22More than 500 residents were rescued from their homes by a car that drowned in the flood.

00:31President Bongbong Marcos led the turnover ceremony of the new heavy equipment of the National Irrigation Administration in Mexico, Pampanga.
