Maritime patrol at vicinity survey ng BFAR sa Half Moon Shoal, naging matagumpay

Transcript
00:00The patrolling and vicinity survey of the BRP Datu Bangkaw in the areas of the Philippines in the West Philippine Sea continues.
00:09This is part of their mission to protect our territories.
00:14BN Manalo in Detail, live.
00:20You're right there, Audrey.
00:22The 10-day maritime patrol and resupply mission of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources in some parts of the West Philippine Sea has ended.
00:30We also went to the T-Zard and Union Bank where the maritime patrol, BFAR, has been operating for several hours.
00:40The maritime patrol and vicinity survey of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, or BFAR, in Hasa-Hasa Shoal, or Hapmun Shoal, was peaceful and successful.
00:51Next, we went to Kota Island, which is still part of the West Philippine Sea.
00:56The BFAR island survey will last for more than 17 hours or almost a day.
01:04Please note that there are no Chinese maritime militia vessels or any Chinese Coast Guard vessels in the area.
01:11Aside from a Chinese Coast Guard vessel that was stranded in Amina for several days, we started patrolling Escoda Shoal.
01:19Several fishing boats are fishing around the island, but it is not clear if they are Chinese or Vietnamese nationals.
01:29After patrolling Escoda Shoal, the BFAR went to the T-Zard and Union Bank for a maritime patrol and vicinity survey.
01:40But despite China's continued aggression, our Coast Guard remains firm and strong.
01:48This is to protect our territories in the West Philippine Sea.
01:52The morale of our members of the Philippine Coast Guard who are deployed here in our Coast Guard stations,
02:01including the Armed Forces of the Philippines, remains high.
02:04They know that under President Bongbong Marcos' leadership, he is defending our rights in the West Philippine Sea.
02:14Audrey, we are now on our way back to Puerto Pintins in Orion, Bataan.
02:19Audrey, if you will notice behind me, the Chinese Coast Guard vessels are still following us.
02:26They have been following us for several days since we left for Escoda Shoal.
02:31Audrey, if you will notice, the weather is clear now.
02:34The waves and wind are not as strong as in the past days when our vessel was almost wrecked
02:42because of the strong waves and wind brought by the harsh weather.
02:48And from here in the West Philippine Sea, back to you, Audrey.
02:52Take care. Thank you very much, BN Manalo.
