00:00According to the complaint filed against two independent contractors of the GMA,

00:04the father of Nino and Sandro Mulac submitted additional documents to the National Bureau of Investigation.

00:10First news, Nelson Canlas.

00:17Nino Mulac and his son, Sparkle Artist Sandro Mulac, again went to the office of the NBI in Quezon City.

00:24They submitted additional documents to strengthen their complaint against the two individuals.

00:30Nino also gave his official statement to the NBI.

00:35But the father refused to be interviewed.

00:38A hotel came to the scene where the incident happened

00:43where the father complained to submit the CCTV footage submitted by the NBI.

00:50The NBI or the father of Mulac did not state what the case was and who the complainants were.

00:58But the lawyer of the two independent contractors of the GMA Network confirmed

01:03that his clients, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, filed the complaint.

01:10They also received a subpoena from the NBI Public Corruption Division

01:15for a hearing on Friday afternoon.

01:18Nones and Cruz are now being investigated by Sandro's GMA Home Network

01:24after they filed a complaint against the young actor last week.

01:28When Sandro filed the written complaint with GMA,

01:32we already gave them notice of preventive suspension pending the investigation.

01:38We constituted an independent body to conduct the formal impartial investigation of the case.

01:47So of course, we have to abide by the rules of due process.
