12:24Now I want to do something. I want to do a prophetic act, because y'all are crazy. We are the crazy Christians that pray in front of the White House. We do prophetic things because we believe that things change.
12:39And as we were approaching this year, of course we had a lot of cities we were going to, and our team was like, do we really want to go back to the mall? Do we really want to go back? And it's just a hassle and difficult, and what about the weather? And we don't know if anyone's going to come.
12:54It's expensive. It's difficult. So we're waiting with our team, and this is our third year. And just so you know, no ministries do three years in a row of this on the National Mall.
13:10Nobody is that crazy. Nobody is that fiscally irresponsible to create an offering like this to King Jesus. This is like a normal, listen, this is a normal like once every 10 year things that you might do.
13:30And you might do it like two times in 20 years, and then be like, okay, we're done. But the Lord spoke to me as I was praying, and he said, Sean, strike the ground. Keep striking the ground. Keep striking.
13:56Keep striking. No matter who comes, no matter the cost, no matter the difficulty, keep striking the ground.
14:06And I was thinking of that story, you know, where Elijah was the last thing he said. He told the king, he said, why did you stop? Why did you stop striking? You had so much momentum, and then you stopped.
14:22Well, he was probably tired, like we all get. He's probably had really good Christian excuses. We all have those. Kids, work, it's stressful. Yeah, we all have those. But what is the word of the Lord? What is he speaking over America?
14:40Are these prophecies and promises that we have, are they real or not? And who's going to rise up and grab ahold of them? Gotta keep striking the ground. Three times, four times, five times.
15:02Maybe it'll take till time number 10, till things open, but you know what? We keep striking the ground. Are you with me? Come on, are you with me? We keep showing up. We keep praying. We don't give up. We don't grow weary in doing good.
15:22This is the end of a long year for us. We are running on espresso and the Holy Ghost right now. I don't know what we're running on, fumes, but glory fumes. However, sometimes you gotta grab onto the sword and let your hand freeze to it.
15:40I'm throwing out Old Testament Bible stuff. Y'all with me? This is good stuff. Here, okay, so this is what we're going to do. We're going to strike the ground like this. Come on, come on, get out your prophetic.

24:45All right. So good to be here. This is amazing.
24:51Two years ago, in the rain, something happened.
24:57Justice Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed and the rest is history.
25:03It was just her, but it's all these little parts.
25:06And I want to talk about what happened this year from what was sown two years ago.
25:13The Dobbs decision that evacuated Roe v. Wade as a federal standard to be imposed on all states.
25:23So amazing. It happened.
25:26And it's going to impact the future in ways that are beyond our imagination.
25:33It happened. It was announced on June 24th at 10.10 a.m.
25:41None of this is an accident.
25:44At 10.10 a.m., murdering an unborn human being was announced that it's not a constitutional right in the United States of America.
25:56Why 10.10 a.m.? Why not 10.09? Why not 11.05?
26:03But it was 10.10. Immediately I thought of John 10.10.
26:07It's a prophetic statement. The thief came to steal, kill and destroy.
26:11But I've come that they might have life and they would have it abundantly, overflowing.
26:18It's a restoration of what was lost.
26:21It happened 49 years, 49 years from the original Roe v. Wade decision marking that we're moving into a jubilee season of restoration.
26:38Our nation had the blood of officially sanctioned murder of over 63 million babies.
26:46And that's just the ones that were counted.
26:49And here's the amazing thing. You're forgiven.
26:53You are forgiven because He delights to show mercy.
26:57When we repent, when we seek His face, when we humble ourselves, when we turn from our wicked ways,
27:03He hears from heaven, forgives our sins and heals our land.
27:09We're believing that because Jesus is the mediator of a better covenant, a new covenant.
27:15And His blood speaks a better word than the blood of slaughtered infants.
27:24His blood is speaking over us. Forgive them. Forgive them.
27:29So what's next? What will it look like? What's going forward? What will it look like?
27:35We're moving into jubilee. And this is so amazing how this unfolds.
27:44Do you know the leak? The Supreme Court leak? Unprecedented?
27:50Well, you know, isn't that like those prophetic whispers that were whispering before the incarnation of the Word of God?
27:59All through history there were these whispers of something that was going to happen and it came.
28:05Isn't it? I mean, God just flipped it on His head.
28:09And then it was announced at June 24th, using our numbering system, 624.
28:17Why not? This has to do with the United States. 624.
28:22I thought of number 624, the first line of the Aaronic blessing.
28:29The Lord bless you and keep you. And I just want to declare that's what's ahead.
28:35Though it's just a seed sown, it's a small crack in all the issues facing us,
28:41we have the assurance of God that He is blessing and keeping His people in this land.
28:49And He will bless and protect this land.
28:53Now, here's a wild one. I began to wonder, why June 24th?
28:58June 24th, and I didn't know this because it's not my background,
29:02but I looked up June 24th in tradition.
29:06You know, the historic church, Catholic church, Orthodox church,
29:11June 24th is the feast of the nativity of John the Baptist,
29:17the forerunner who worshipped in the womb.
29:21He worshipped Jesus in the womb, leaping for joy.
29:26John the Baptist, even before he was born, demonstrated there is not only life and dignity,
29:33but there is spirit and awareness in the womb.
29:38He worshipped, he leapt for joy, and his mother was filled with the Holy Spirit.
29:45I'm telling you, you couldn't make this up.
29:49At his birth, so what does it look like going forward?
29:53At his birth, his father, Zechariah, who had been mute.
29:58Just like we've talked about, why are the churches mute?
30:01Why haven't they spoken up? Why aren't they celebrating?
30:05Well, they're going to.
30:07Because Zechariah, whose name means, I mean, you could stretch this to mean,
30:13it means the memory of the Lord, the memory of Yahweh.
30:17It means remembering the promises of God.
30:21What did the angel say to him?
30:23Gabriel said, Zechariah, your prayers have been answered.
30:27And he's thinking, like, what prayers?
30:30And so he had to shut up for a while.
30:33But after John the Baptist was opened, he recovered his voice.
30:40So what's happening?
30:41There's a recovery of the voice in the national narrative of the United States.
30:47I mean, it's hinged on, it seems like such a small thing,
30:50but it's like this crack of light at the beginning of day.
30:54And Zechariah prophesied the day spring
30:57and declared his son that he would be the forerunner,
31:00that he would walk in the ministry of Elijah.
31:05And so what's being loosed here through this decision,
31:09I believe, is a John the Baptist ministry of Elijah
31:12that we're going to see the prophets of Baal destroyed.
31:16We're going to see the Jezebel spirit cast down from her high place.
31:23I'm just declaring this.
31:26So what is it going forward?
31:29What's been released here is a John the Baptist moment
31:33forerunning a burning lamp.
31:36I mean, he was the last and the greatest of the Old Testament prophets.
31:40But when he was asked who he was, he said, I'm a voice.
31:44We are recovering our voice in the national narrative and in the world stage.
31:50I'm declaring it over you that this generation we're looking at
31:54that has been so damaged by a false narrative
32:00that they don't know if they're a boy or a girl.
32:03I mean, recently, our most recent Supreme Court justice was confirmed
32:08and she could not define what a woman was.
32:11And I want to tell you, every three-year-old knows what a woman is.
32:15So I'm just saying, let's get going here.
32:18But there's a voice, and what's the voice doing?
32:20It's crying out, prepare the way.
32:23It's crying out a turning back to the Lord.
32:25It's crying out repentance, which means a renewal,
32:29transformation of the mind of the perception.
32:32I'm telling you, there's a shift.
32:34It may be like, well, it took 30 years before John and Jesus manifested who they were,
32:41but it was coming.
32:42And I'm telling you right now, it's coming.
32:45The voice is being restored and it heralds a new season.
32:52So I think I'll just stop there.
32:53But I do want to say we're going to see the end of sexual perversity
32:57and the sacrifice of infants.
32:59We are going to see it.
33:00We're not going to stop with one decision and apologize
33:03because it might make someone feel bad.
33:06But we're going to say the tide has turned.
33:10So I just want to reach, just lift your hands.
33:14I just want to declare something over you.
33:16God, we just thank you for the jubilee that's coming.
33:20We thank you for good news to the poor, healing to the brokenhearted,
33:23liberty to the captives.
33:25We thank you for the opening of prison to the bound,
33:27the recovery of the sight to the blind.
33:29And we thank you for the year of the Lord's favor, which is jubilee,
33:34and the vengeance of the Lord, which belongs to Him, not us.
33:38So hallelujah.
33:40And I want to declare that lost voices are restored.
33:45And we just say this, that our voice will be restored.
33:49The voice will be restored in pulpits across America,
33:53but not just pulpits, in conversations, in coffee shops, in backyard barbecues.
33:58The voice of the Lord is going to be restored,
34:01and a mission movement will come from this generation
34:05that the enemy has tried so hard to destroy
34:08that will be a carrying of the gospel to the ends of the earth.

34:17Come on, how many of you guys believe that?
34:25There was about three people that I knew that believed,
34:32that believed that this could happen.
34:36Charles was one of them.
34:38And, you know, I remember I was gathered here in the National Mall when I was 17,
34:43and that's where the Lord really gave me this burden
34:46to see the death decree of Roe v. Wade overturned.
34:49It wasn't a political thing for me.
34:51It was like a mandate from heaven to pray until it happened.
34:55And things got worse.
34:58We started praying.
34:59It was like everything got worse.
35:02And people were appointed that were horrible.
35:08And then God, out of nowhere.
35:12I mean, do you realize how crazy this is?
35:16And so anyway, when this happened, when it was finally, you know,
35:19I realized 40 days of prayer and worship around the Supreme Court
35:22after the decision was leaked.
35:25And then I was there in the Supreme Court the day after the decision,
35:28and we were worshipping, and I was so angry
35:31that there wasn't 100,000 Christians in the streets of America.
35:37I was like, this is the victory we prayed for.
35:40We can't rob God of the praise of this moment.
35:44And I was about to go on Twitter and Facebook
35:47and just rip into some people.
35:50Seriously, I was getting my phone.
35:52My wife was like, oh, no.
35:54And I felt the Lord.
35:55I hope the Holy Spirit speaks to me.
35:57He said, don't do that.
35:59Instead, sing the song of life over a generation.
36:05Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made.
36:10Imago Dei, made in the image of God.
36:14And so this song we've been singing, Imago Dei,
36:18I want to sing it right now over the National Mall.
36:21And I want to sing it as a representation over America.
36:24I want to sing it over not just the unborn,
36:27but all the identity issues that a generation is battling.
36:31God made you the way that he made you on purpose.
36:35You are fearfully and wonderfully made.
36:39And so tonight, I want all of you to lift your hands.
