00:12So in this life we are suffering all karma through mind, speech and body.
00:19So whatever karma we are suffering at that time, due to ignorance, we are charging new

00:27We are believing that I am thinking, I am speaking, I am doing.
00:33Due to doership we are charging new karma.
00:36That will come in next lives.
00:38So when we finish this discharged karma, all the discharged karma get finished, then death
00:46will come.
00:47And due to charging of new karma, next life, next birth will take place.
00:54And from birth till death we have to get suffering of discharged karma, whatever we have charged
01:02in past life.
01:04So we want to stop cycle of birth and rebirth, then we have to stop charging of new karma.
01:15And we have to finish all discharged karma with equanimity.
01:21Then only we can break the cycle of birth and rebirth.
