This nutritious alternative to nachos is cheesy, spicy, and will satisfy any nacho craving that you have! In this video, Chloe makes cauliflower nachos with a delicious homemade salsa. After seasoning and roasting the cauliflower in the oven with refried beans and shredded cheese, they are ready to serve as a crisp appetizer or as a vegetarian side dish.
