नई दिल्ली से बीजेपी की सांसद बांसुरी स्वराज ने कहा कि आज जो दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट का फैसला आया है दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में आज मुहर लगा दी कि मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की शराब घोटाला में क्या भूमिका रही है। 90 से 100 करोड़ रुपए का घोटाला किया गया है। पूरा का पूरा पैसा आम आदमी पार्टी को गया है। आज दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने उन्हें कहा कि उनकी अरेस्ट लीगल थी। दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने अभी कहा कि इन्वेस्टिगेटिव एजेंसी के पास सबूत हैं उन्हें अरेस्ट करने के लिए। इस सब के चलते अरविंद केजरीवाल के पास कोई नैतिक आधार नहीं है मुख्यमंत्री पद पर बने रहने का। इसलिए भाजपा ने भी मांग की थी कि उन्हें अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे देना चाहिए। यह जो जिद है अरविंद केजरीवाल की वह सत्ता भोगते रहेंगे और जेल से ही सरकार चलाएंगे इसके कारण दिल्ली वासियों अहित हो रहा है।
