10:37And I just want to leave you with one piece of advice.
10:40A mentality we should all have.
10:43We all know when we watch the videos
10:46that come out of Gaza, naturally we feel hopeless.

10:52We want to do something but we don't know what.
10:55Let me reassure you that these feelings are a good sign.
10:58Having those feelings of rage, of anger,
11:01of disappointment, of hopelessness is good.
11:04It means you are human.
11:07You are capable of feeling that.
11:10Because there are others who watch and don't care.
11:16But don't let your fight stop at feelings.
11:19That's where you're in the wrong.
11:22If all you do is feel bad.
11:25I want you to live by this mindset.
11:28Those feelings, turn them into thoughts.
11:31Let those thoughts play over and over and over in your head
11:34and let those thoughts turn into action.
11:45The people in Gaza have sacrificed everything

14:39and if you've been fighting for Palestine for a long time

14:48it's not just the Palestinians fighting for their own anymore.

14:54That is a good sign but keep going.
14:57The fight has not ended yet and the fight does not end
15:01until we liberate Palestine from the river to the sea.

15:53How is the resistance doing today?

17:36is that Satan Yahweh went to Washington D.C.,

17:42and the standing ovation of occupation
17:45and genocide.

17:51to actually assassinate
17:54the chief political bureau
17:57of the negotiations for a ceasefire.
18:00How is this system,
18:03how is this regime calling for a ceasefire
18:06if they go ahead and assassinate the chief
18:09that is responsible for these negotiations?

18:18at the same day they have assassinated the chief
18:21they have also assassinated leaders
18:24and the other resistance groups that are standing
18:27for Palestine every single day.
18:30And the cherry on top
18:33is they have assassinated journalists,
18:36Ismail Al Ghul, that we have been watching.
18:39He has put his life ahead of him
18:42just for us, the historian
18:45that stood up day and night
18:48just to show you the word of the truth.
18:51Just for us all to see what is happening in Gaza.
18:54And he gets assassinated
18:57in broad daylight and his head got exploded.

20:24So our mothers and sisters in Palestine

20:33All of us, I said it, we are privileged.
20:36We are all right now hungry thinking about where we are going to eat after this.

20:42At least we go home and there is a roof over our heads.
20:45At least there is food waiting for us.

20:57Give back and offer help because these guys are on the ground.
21:00They have factories and they have kitchens that were bombed
21:03and they actually rebuilt it to feed the children of Gaza.

21:15whether you are Jewish, Christian, Muslim, black, brown or white
21:18we all know justice and we all know what's right.
21:21Freedom is universal. It's both yours and mine.
21:24Just like in the words of Nelson Mandela
21:27freedom isn't complete until the freedom of Palestine.
21:30This is what we stand for.
21:33If you look around you
21:36the majority is non-Palestinian.
21:39And when you understand that
21:42this genocide has brought people together
21:45to actually grieve together, to feel this pain together
21:48to actually make a difference in the streets.
21:51When you feel like this effort on the streets
21:54isn't making a difference
21:57I guarantee you the resistance fighters in Palestine
22:00are watching us right now.

22:06They are seeing what we are doing.
22:09And they are seeing what we are doing.
22:12And they watch our every single move.

22:18expecting to watch the next demonstration in Toronto.

22:24You turn the lens back at yourself.
22:27And you look at yourself. What is your role in this movement?
22:30What have you done thus far for this movement?
22:33Because we are all a part of the greater collective.

22:39when we share pain we all feel it.

25:30that these flags haven't been risen before.
