00:21In Edsa, there were no vehicles.

00:24There was zero visibility in Quezon Avenue.

00:27The rain also lasted for more than 30 minutes.

00:30Due to the heavy rain in Quezon Avenue near Biak na Bato Street in Bungad na Banawe Street,

00:36a man pushed his motorcycle.

00:39As the water level rose, garbage was piled up in this part of Enes Amoranto Street.

00:45Garbage also piled up in Maria Clara Street.

00:49There was also rain in Enes Amoranto Street, corner of Santo Domingo Avenue,

00:54even in the part of Timog Avenue near Scout Tobias Street.

00:58In Mother Ignatia Avenue, two men helped push the car that hit the water.

01:04There were also fewer vehicles passing through Edsa Pituasan Underpass due to the gutter-deep rain.
