00:00Off the back of a dominant win against host France, I'm joined by some of Team China's hockey players.
00:06Congratulations, well done on the win.
00:08How much confidence does it give you going into the quarterfinals, knowing that you've just beat the host nation so convincingly?
00:15We were able to perform so well on the court because of the hard work we put in during training.
00:21The coach taught us a lot of things and we were able to use them well.
00:27Now, it's fair to say it didn't start too well for you in the pool stages here at the Olympics.
00:33Do you think that those defeats to the Netherlands, to Germany, to Japan,
00:37that they've really spurred you on and given you a sense that you can go further now,
00:43that those results are behind you and the only way is up?
00:46Maybe it's because we're facing these setbacks.
00:49I think it's part of growing up.
00:53We need to experience these things so that we can do better in the upcoming games.
00:59Now, we were just speaking to your coach, who was telling us that you're a very tight-knit group,
01:03a very strong team spirit in the camp there.
01:07Talk us through that. What's it like with the team together? What are you like as a team, as a group?
01:12The most important thing for a team is unity.
01:16Everyone works towards the same goal.
01:19I hope that we can do better in the upcoming games and achieve better results.
01:24Best of luck for the quarterfinals. All the best there. Team hats off.
