00:00Learning Calisthenics is not as difficult as you think it is.
00:03First of all, we will master 3 basic movements.
00:05Pull-ups, push-ups, dips.
00:08Our target will be 10-15 pull-ups, 20-25 dips and 30-40 push-ups.
00:14Once we master these basic movements, we can learn advanced movements like handstands, muscle-ups and back lever.
