00:12Somewhere behind the mountains in the middle of a deep valley lived the Rainbow Rhinoceros.
00:18Rhino was happy with life as it was.
00:21He had plenty of space to run in the sun to warm him.
00:26The breeze to cool him.
00:28And his good friends, the Rainbow Birds.
00:32They played hide and seek with him.
00:35They told one another stories and they took long walks together.
00:39One day they walked farther than they had ever been before.
00:43They left the valley and started up the mountain.
00:47What a strange and wonderful place thought Rhino as they pushed their way through the
00:51wild forest and came to a blue lake.
00:55What a beautiful lake, said the Blue Bird.
00:59He flew from Rhino's back and gazed at the clear water.
01:03I want to stay here he said.
01:06So his friends went on without him.
01:09Soon they came to a grove of ripe bananas.
01:13What a lovely sight, said the Yellow Bird.
01:16He fluttered from Rhino's back to get a closer look.
01:20I want to stay here he said.
01:23So Rhino and the Red Bird left him there.
01:26They wandered out of the forest and into a field of bright poppies.
01:31How wonderful, said the Red Bird as he jumped from poppy to poppy.
01:36I want to stay here he said.
01:39And Rhino was left alone.
01:41He walked sadly on dragging his feet until he came to a bare and lonely tree.
01:47He sat down and thought about his friends the Rainbow Birds.
01:52All of a sudden a humming filled the air.
01:55Rhino looked up.
01:57The tree had come alive.
01:59A shivering buzzing swarm of wild bees hung over his head.
02:04Rhino ran and ran.
02:06He came to the field of red poppies.
02:09There ready to pounce, was a hungry Hyena.
02:13Red Bird cried, this is no place for me.
02:16And he flew on to Rhino's back.
02:20Rhino ran and ran and ran.
02:22Soon they came to the banana grove.
02:25There ready to strike, was a big fat snake.
02:29Yellow Bird screeched, this is no place for me.
02:33And he flew on to Rhino's back.
02:37Rhino kept on running and they came to the blue lake.
02:40There about to snap his great wide jaws.
02:44Was an enormous crocodile.
02:47Blue Bird shrieked, this is no place for me.
02:51And he flew on to Rhino's back.
02:54And Rhino kept right on running until they were home in the middle of the deep valley
02:58somewhere behind the mountains.
03:01And that is where they stayed.
