00:31It's when they celebrate the day they were born.

00:37Sana screams, I wanna go too.
00:39I can't take her, she's not invited.
00:42Why not, says Ami.
00:44They don't do that here.
00:45Ami says, well that's not fair.
00:48You call up your friend and ask if you can bring Sana or else you can't go.
00:52But Ami, they'll laugh at me, they'll never invite me to another party again.
00:57Sana screams, I wanna go too.
00:59I say, look Sana, one day you'll get invited to your own friend's parties.

01:05No, I wanna go now.
01:07I beg and plead, but Ami won't listen.
01:09I have no choice.

01:12Sally says, alright.
01:14But it doesn't sound alright.
01:16I know she thinks I'm weird.
01:18At the party, I'm the only one who brought her little sister.
01:21Sana has to win all the games and when she falls down during musical chairs, she cries

01:27Before we leave the party, Sally's mom gives us little bags.
01:31Inside there are chocolates and candies, a whistle, a ruby ring, and a big red lollipop.
01:37Sana eats her big red lollipop on the way home in the car.

01:44By bedtime, her candies are all gone her whistle is broken and the ruby in her ring is missing.
01:50I put my big red lollipop on the top shelf of the fridge to have in the morning.
01:55All night I dream about how good it will taste.
01:57In the morning, I get up early to have it.
02:00Sana's already up.
02:01When she sees me, she runs away.
02:03I open the fridge door.
02:05All that's left of my lollipop is a triangle stuck to a stick.

02:10I hear a sound in the front hall closet.

02:13That's where she always hides.
02:15I shove aside the coats and boots.
02:17I'm going to get you.
02:18Quick as a rat, she scoots through my legs and runs around and around the living room,

02:25Yelling, Ami Ami, help, help.
02:28Ami comes out rubbing her eyes.
02:30Sana runs behind Ami.
02:32Where I can't get her.
02:33What's going on out here, says Ami.
02:36Sana says, Rubina's trying to get me.
02:39Ami puts her hands on her hips.
02:41Are you trying to get your little sister again?
02:43She ate my lollipop.
02:45The greedy thing, she ate it.
02:47Ami says, for shame, it's just a lollipop.

02:53I want to cry, but I don't.
02:55Sana runs to fridge and brings back the triangle stuck to the stick.
02:58Look, I didn't eat all of your lollipop, I left the triangle for you.
03:03See, says Ami.
03:05She didn't eat all of it.
03:06She's sharing with you, go ahead, take the triangle, go ahead, eat the triangle, but

03:13With all my might, I throw it across the room.
03:16It skitters under the sofa.
03:18Sana scurries after it and eats that too.
03:21The worst thing is that all the girls at school know if they invite me to their birthday

03:26I don't get any invitations for a really long time.
03:30Then one day Sana comes home waving an invitation.

04:28So Sana gets to go by herself.
04:31After the party, I hear a knock on my door.

04:35I ask Sana.

04:37She hands me a big green lollipop.
