आरक्षण पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश से लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी रामविलास के अध्यक्ष और केंद्रीय मंत्री चिराग पासवान ने असहमति जताई है I चिराग पासवान ने कहा, कि उनकी पार्टी जल्दी ही इस फैसले के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में पुनर्विचार याचिका डालने जा रही है जिस तरह से आरक्षण के प्रावधानों को सुप्रीम कोर्ट के द्वारा दिए जाने की संभावनाओं को खोला गया है अगर अनुसूचित जाति की बात आती है तो उसमे ऐसी जातियां भी है जिनका संविधान में आधार अछूता रहा है अनुसूचित जाति का आधार कभी भी शैक्षणिक अव्यवस्था नही रही, उनका आधार कभी भी आर्थिक नही रहा I

03:35So when your untouchability is the basis, then in such a case, the provision of a creamy layer or the provision of reservation within reservation cannot be done.
