00:14a subscriber to the Sunday Ticket on the Dish Network, excuse me, on DirecTV.

00:20But yesterday, a federal judge has overturned a jury's $4.7 billion verdict in the class
00:25action lawsuit filed by Sunday Ticket subscribers against the NFL and has granted judgment to
00:32the NFL.
00:33Why can't, like, I always said, like the little man, I never understood why it had to be on
00:37DirecTV.
00:38But let's start here.
00:39A jury of our peers says, pay these people their money because they got scammed out of
00:45high fees.
00:46And of course, a judge then comes in and goes, you know what, aside with the NFL, let them
00:51charge whatever they want, even if most of the market, A, doesn't want to pay that price,
00:56or B, can't even get DirecTV.

01:19And this might be the least surprising verdict that we have ever seen here, given the fact
01:26that when the initial number was, was awarded, right, from the first trial there, the NFL
01:35seems very, well, we're going to take out, we disagree, we're, we're really, we're going
01:41to take it to an appeals judge and we'll see how it goes there.
01:45Well, shocker, took the appeals judge, not a very long time to be like, yeah, we're going
01:50to throw this thing out and start from scratch.
01:52So once again, it pays to have friends in very high places there, Donnie.
