00:00I think this is something actually they should do in the NBA, like the NBA is always sort
00:10of looking for things that, you know, they want to make the league more competitive,
00:14but their ideas of more competitiveness is always just somehow, how can we make more
00:17money out of this?
00:18They'll come up with some stupid in season tournament or something like that.
00:21But the NBA really should go to point differential.
00:26Make point differential a bigger part of the standings and suddenly you won't have
00:33garbage time.
00:34You won't have as many blowouts because teams won't quit.
00:38And that was the thing.
00:39South Sudan didn't quit.
00:40They didn't say, well, we're going to lose the game, so let's just not try.
00:43Right?
00:44No, they said, all right, listen, we're not going to win the game, but point differential
00:47could matter whether we qualify or not.
00:49So we got to keep scoring, just score as much as we can to try to get as many points as
00:55we can.
00:56And it makes it more interesting.
00:57But what do I know?
00:58I'm not the commissioner of the National Basketball Association.
