00:00Just because I didn't know them. And it seems to me that everything that the first female police officers achieved
00:09by confronting a sexist society to a world of men who were constantly underestimating them
00:17and did not believe that they were capable of doing things that were no more than administrative within the police,
00:23and they managed not only to be heard, but also to set the foundations for the women who are now police officers.
00:35And it seems to me a super inspiring story for women of that time, in this time.
00:41How is it possible that we were not aware of this story? It is not known, this story has not been told before.
00:48That is why I think it is important to tell it, because it is beautiful to recognize the achievements of women,
00:54even if they are not recognized by society, to be able to put them there so that people find out.
01:01Well, for me it was a dream to be able to work on a project of this size and of this nature with such incredibly talented people.
01:12And specifically, my character seemed to me to be a very important acting challenge,
01:19and also a character with whom I felt identified, and I miss that character a lot.
01:29That character is very endearing, and the role he plays in the four women is also very beautiful.
01:39So, yes, it caught my attention a lot, and I was very happy to be able to participate.
01:46Well, Maria is a very, very dedicated woman to her children, very dedicated to her husband too,
01:53who has always sought to be the perfect woman, the perfect mother, the perfect wife,
02:00in a society that has demanded her to be that way, and that has also limited her to that domestic role in some way.
02:08And one day something happens that she has to face what she thought was true,
02:16suddenly it wasn't, and suddenly she discovers that she has to face a new truth in her life.
02:22And she gets into the police, and through this adventure and this journey within the police,
02:29she discovers a dream that she had truncated of being a detective.
02:33And thanks to the strength she receives from all these women she meets inside the police,
02:39she begins to pursue this dream and discovers that she is much more capable of being and doing things than she ever imagined.
02:50So it's very beautiful how the arc of the character and the discovery she has in each episode of herself,
02:58of what she can give to the world and what she can give to herself.
03:02And on the other hand, working with Leonardo Sbaraglia is always a pleasure, it's learning a lot.
03:12For me, Leonardo is one of the best actors with whom I have been able to share the set.
03:16It's the third time we've worked together.
03:19And he's beautiful, he's a beautiful, generous, loving being,
03:23and he's a tremendous actor that I learn from every moment.
03:27So it was beautiful to work with Leonardo again.
