00:13I want to talk about two dishes from our specials menu. They're fish dishes. Portsmouth Football
00:18Club is, we're very closely linked with them. Another quite successful thing we had, we
00:23actually flew some of our dishes to France by private jet to a customer. That hit international

00:32You don't support Portsmouth Football Club do you?
00:34I do, yeah. I was born in Portsmouth. We have a very special relationship. We'll be back
00:39in the Premier League next season.

00:42We went into schools, so we went into a private school which I went to, taught the kids. We
00:47actually went on the BBC radio, 250,000 listeners. We had an hour-long special just to talk
00:56about how we make the fish. The presenters tasted it.

01:04We do a lot of things, so we work closely with the university. So we use their staff
01:08to do work experience like ours. We know the local media a lot because of all the resources
01:13we have with our partnership with the university, with the football club.
01:17I think what I just want to reiterate on Akash is, I think what I really liked about it is
01:26the strong partnership.
