00:00I'm Alex Florio, the director of Florio's d'Italia with my son Max and my daughter Isabella.
00:07We just moved from Old Portsmouth, from the Duke of Buckingham, to Palmerston Road.
00:13So tell me how excited you are to be opening in Palmerston Road?
00:16It's exciting. We really hope with us being back here, Palmerston Road get back to what it used to be,
00:24the heart of South Sea, where everybody wants to be.
00:28Maybe once more, maybe we could be a reason for people to come back.
00:35Tell me what the reaction's been like since the evening.
00:39Yes, we had a queue, one stage this morning, early, but we didn't open on time, we're a bit late.
00:48But yeah, people are very excited and awfully they will appreciate the new addition on the menu,
00:54on top of the pizza that we have now established.
00:57I was going to say, is there any other services or, you know, changes to the menu?
01:01Basically, we open earlier and seven days a week, we added some panini made with focaccia bread.
01:07Bread is made by us.
01:08Lovely.
01:09And other stuff, bread related, like a typical focaccia from Puglia, where I come from.
01:15Yeah.
01:16And it's all freshly baked and prepared by us.
01:19We don't do frozen food.
01:21We only prepare what we know and we can.
01:26To anyone who has not been yet, come and try a pizza.
01:33It's really original, traditional and fresh.
01:36It's a better place.
