00:23Cavite Governor John Vic Rimulia shared this video of the newly leaked oil that will not be used again.

00:30The oil that was believed to have come from Mt. Terra Nova in Limay, Bataan reached the Dalampasigan of the province.

00:38In a barangay in the town of Tanza, the oil was found in the sand.

00:42There were dead fish in Dalampasigan, but it is not yet clear if they died in the oil spill.

00:47There needs to be a scientific basis to see if this happened because of the oil spill.

00:54We know that the fish are moving, not only here in the coastal area of Cavite, but the whole Manila Bay.

01:01A resident is worried that the fish he ate are contaminated.

01:108 places in Cavite were placed in State of Calamity because of the oil spill.
