00:15She deserves all the credit because she's a contortionist and she's been able to fit herself

00:20Into a very small chamber inside of the chair

00:23If you watch close at the top of the cloth

00:25You can see her head push the cloth way up because she's climbing very quickly out of the chair

00:31So fast that it's easy to miss and for those of you they're like, well, do you have a diagram or something?

00:39Step one. She's in the chair like this step two. She begins to climb out

00:43Step three is the part I reference in the video where you can see that her head pushes the cloth way up

00:49It's because she's kind of standing on that chair really climbing all the way out

00:53She does it very quickly and step four strike that pose
