कृषि मंत्री Mangal Pandey ने कहा, ‘सूखे की स्थिति देखते हुए Bihar Govt है गंभीर’
बिहार में मानसून की रफ्तार धीमी पड़ गयी है। बहुत कम बारिश होने के कारण बिहार में सूखे की स्थिति उत्पन्न हो गई है। सूखे की स्थिति देखते हुए बिहार सरकार गंभीर है। बिहार सरकार के कृषि मंत्री मंगल पांडेय ने कहा कि हमने पूर्व से इसकी तैयारी की थी और पूर्व में कैबिनेट से डीजल अनुदान के लिए 150 करोड़ रुपए की राशि की स्वीकृति हमने ले ली थी। बीच में जो मौसम विभाग के द्वारा जानकारी दी गई थी कि बिहार में औसत वर्षा होगी, लेकिन पिछले 15-20 दिनों में बिहार में जो अपेक्षित अनुमान के हिसाब से कम बारिश हुई है और कम वर्षा होने के कारण निश्चित रूप से धान की जो फसल प्रभावित हुई है जिसमें कमी देखी जा रही है। मंगल पांडेय ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री के स्तर पर इसकी समीक्षा की गई। मुख्यमंत्री ने दिशा निर्देश दिया है कि डीजल अनुदान के लिए जो सरकार की ओर से व्यवस्था हुई है उसको तुरंत चालू किया जाए और उसके आधार पर कृषि विभाग ने डीजल अनुदान देने के लिए पोर्टल खोल दिया है और किसानों को डीजल अनुदान देने की प्रक्रिया हमने शुरू कर दी है।
