00:05And some of these side hustles people are making millions of dollars a year with,
00:09and others they're really good just to make a little bit of extra beer money every single month.
00:13And there's going to be a wide range of different side hustles,
00:16so depending on who you are and what you want,
00:18you're probably going to find something on this list that's going to be good for you.
00:21And I made sure to include ones that you probably haven't heard before.

00:29And let's jump into it with number one on the list, which is going to be a TikTok NPC.
00:34So what exactly is a TikTok NPC?
00:37Well, NPC stands for non-playable character.
00:40So how the heck can you make money on TikTok being a non-playable character?
00:44Well, it's 2024, and you can make money doing just about anything it seems these days.
00:49So basically what this is, is you live stream on TikTok,
00:53and then people pay you to do certain on-camera actions.
00:57And if you don't think you can make money doing this,
00:59Pinky Doll is making millions of dollars a year doing this,
01:03and she makes $2,000 to $3,000 per stream and often does multiple streams a day.
01:09Yes, this is actually a way that people are making money.
01:13And there's this article I found where she says,
01:15I don't care about the haters.
01:16What's important is my son is going to have a beautiful life.
01:19So I have mixed feelings about this.
01:21It's absolutely ridiculous.
01:22I'm not sure why people are spending money on this type of thing.
01:25But with that being said, respect to her for figuring out a really good side hustle
01:30and figuring out how to make millions of dollars from weirdos online.
01:33And there's not just her.
01:33There's a lot of other people that are making money doing this.
01:37And you kind of just have to find your own little unique shtick,
01:40and you have to have incredible patience
01:43because you're just going to be doing these same emote reactions
01:46over and over again for hours on end.
01:49But if you can do that, you can make a ton of money.
01:52So yeah, this one is very interesting, to say the least.
01:55I don't know how long it's going to last.
01:57This might just be a fad that only lasts like a year or a few months.
02:00But right now, people are making a lot of money doing this.

02:06although I don't know what it's going to be next year.

02:42Next is going to be one that's much more stable, and that is shoe flipping.
02:46So flipping items is probably the oldest business known to mankind.
02:50You basically buy stuff at a low price and you sell it at a higher price.
02:54It's that simple.
02:55And the way you get good at this is having
02:57knowledge and expertise in whatever types of items that you're flipping.
03:00So I flipped many different items throughout my life,
03:02from cars to bikes to different electronic equipment.
03:06And I've made a ton of money doing it.
03:08And the greatest thing is you can actually just start as a teenager.
03:11I started when I was like 12.
03:12And sneakers are some of the best items to flip.
03:15In fact, there's entire YouTube channels dedicated to sneaker flipping.
03:19There's an article of this person, for instance,
03:21who makes over $10,000 a month flipping sneakers.
03:23And here's a YouTube channel.
03:25It's all about sneaker reselling.
03:27So, yeah, this one is really good.
03:28And just flipping items in general is a really good side hustle.
03:32Again, especially if you have a lot of knowledge about these things.
03:35So if you're someone who's a sneaker head,
03:36you've been basically buying and selling sneakers your whole life.
03:39This would be great for you.
03:40I'm going to give this one a nine out of ten opportunity score.
03:44Next is making tutorials on YouTube.
03:47So there's all kinds of different random niches out there
03:50where you can make a ton of money on YouTube
03:53and you don't have to be incredibly charismatic
03:55or be a genius about the videos that you select.
03:58There are certain niches out there where you can make really high CPM,
04:01which basically means how much money you get paid per 1,000 views.
04:04And all you have to do is just make tutorial videos.
04:07And in some cases, if you're smart about it,
04:09you can even put affiliate links in the description.
04:11Or if you really take it far,
04:13you can make your own products and services and sell them on your YouTube channel.
04:17And there are literally millions of people around the world
04:19that are making money off of YouTube doing this.
04:22I, for one, was able to get to the six figure a year mark
04:25very quickly with this channel.
04:27And now after a few years, I'm making six figures plus per month.
04:30So this is absolutely possible for anybody out there to do this.
04:33And by the way, I do offer coaching for a few people per month.
04:36I've actually coached a bunch of people one on one in the past
04:39and helped them start successful YouTube channels as well.
04:41And I just really enjoy this because I'm kind of a YouTube nerd.
04:44I've been watching YouTube since I was a kid.
04:46And I really enjoy teaching other people how to get success on YouTube as well.
04:49However, I am pretty picky about who I work with because I have limited time.
04:52So I typically only work with people
04:54who have already tried to start a YouTube channel
04:56or business owners that want to start a YouTube channel.
04:59So people who own service based businesses like SMMA or coaches,

05:16If you try to start an entertainment channel, like a vlog or, you know,
05:20a video game channel or a travel channel or something like that,
05:23it's very difficult to make money.
05:25But if you start an education based YouTube channel
05:27that you're solving real problems for real people with, it's much, much easier.
05:30So I'm going to go ahead and give this one a 10 out of 10 opportunity score.
05:34I think creating content is probably the easiest way to make really big money online,
05:38not just a tiny little amount, but really big money.
05:41And I've done it myself.
05:42So I know that it's true.
05:43Next is going to be Amazon Flex.
05:45And this is basically where you deliver packages for Amazon.
05:49So it's kind of like Uber or Uber Eats, except you're delivering packages.
05:53And there are actually people who are making over $1,000 a week doing this.
05:56And certain times of the year, you can make even more.
05:58Now, this does depend on your location,
06:00because there's a lot more need for Amazon drivers in certain locations.
06:04But most drivers earn between $18 and $25 an hour.
06:08So yeah, this one is pretty good.
06:09It's a legitimate side hustle.
06:10There's probably tens, if not hundreds of thousands of people
06:12out there that have made money with this.
06:14So I'll go ahead and give this one an 8 out of 10 opportunity score.
06:17Next on the list is going to be a mobile car wash.
06:20And this is also referred to as a walking car wash.
06:23And this is basically where you go and wash and detail somebody's car wherever they are.
06:28And people who have a lot of money are willing to pay for this,
06:30because they don't want to spend the time to go to the dealership,
06:33get their car washed in detail,
06:34because that typically means they're going to have to wait an hour or more at the dealership.
06:38And people who have a lot of money are willing to spend a lot of money for convenience.
06:42And there's a video I saw on YouTube of Randy Roblero,
06:45and he makes about $77,000 a year with his mobile car wash,
06:49and he's only 22 years old.
06:50So yeah, this is another legitimate side hustle.
06:52It is going to be better in some areas rather than others.
06:55But with that being said, I'll give this one an 8.5 out of 10 opportunity score.
06:59Next is going to be writing articles online.
07:02So this is exactly what it sounds like.
07:04You're going to be writing articles and then publishing them online.
07:07A lot of the time, you will be working as a freelancer.
07:09In some cases, you may get hired by a business full time.
07:12But there's many, many other ways of making money by doing this.
07:15Now, there's a lot of people who try to do this,
07:18and they try to make money with it,
07:19and they make one massive mistake,
07:21which I always like to say over and over again to not do.
07:24And that massive mistake is they try to be a generalist writer.
07:27And that basically means that you'll write an article about anything for anyone.
07:31You don't want to do that.
07:32Maybe you can start off by doing that,
07:34but quickly you want to figure out what your niche is.
07:36It's very important that you niche down,
07:38and you become an expert on writing articles in a particular vertical.
07:42So for instance, you could write articles about investing,
07:45and you could just get really, really good and familiar with investing,
07:48consume all the content on it.
07:49And that way, when you write the article, it's going to be top notch.
07:53Because it's very easy for people to tell
07:55when somebody writes an article about something that they have no idea about.
07:58So a really easy way to get started writing online
08:00is to start writing on the website Medium.
08:02And they actually pay you AdSense for the ads that are shown on the article.
08:06And you make on average about $13 per 1000 words that you write.
08:10However, you can make much, much more than this.
08:12Another really easy way to get started is to start writing on websites like Fiverr.
08:16And then there's all kinds of different freelancing
08:18writing websites out there that you can get started with as well.
08:20But again, the way you make the big money is you get really good at a particular niche,
08:25and you only write for that niche.
08:27Cannot emphasize how important that is.
08:29And most people don't do that.
08:30And that's why they quickly burn out and quit.
08:33So yeah, this can be really good if you do it the right way.
08:35And of course, yes, you can use AI to help you write these articles,
08:39but it's not going to just do all the work for you.
08:41But I'm going to go ahead and give this one an 8.5 out of 10 opportunity score.
08:45Next is going to be starting a podcast.
08:48Now, this is one that's really hot right now.
08:50I think podcasts are one of the easiest ways to make money.
08:52However, it is going to take you some time to make money with a podcast.
08:56Typically, this is not something where you can make it
08:58and just start making money right away.
09:00In my opinion, YouTube is generally a little bit faster,
09:03especially if you make educational content.
09:05Podcasts, on the other hand, might take six months or a year
09:07before you start making money.
09:08But once you start making money, it's going to compound quickly.
09:11Another great thing about podcasts is they have an extremely long shelf life.
09:16So YouTube channels, for instance, oftentimes only last five to 10 years.
09:19And then people just kind of stop watching.
09:21And then they just kind of die.
09:22Podcasts, on the other hand, and radio shows in general,
09:25are known to last 30, 40, sometimes even 50 years.
09:28So podcasts are an incredible long term investment.
09:32Now, not only can you make money by creating podcasts,
09:34but you can also help other people create podcasts.
09:36There's lots of different jobs in the podcast industry.
09:39And I actually helped one of my students, David, get a job in podcasting.
09:43So yeah, this one is really good, but it's also long term.
09:46So I can't rank it very high because chances are
09:48you want to make money relatively quickly.
09:50So I'll go ahead and give this one a 7 out of 10 opportunity score.
09:54Next is going to be starting a newsletter.
09:56Now, there's two different types of newsletter.
09:58There's paid newsletters, and then there's free newsletters.
10:02With paid newsletters, people actually pay to be able to read the content.
10:05These are typically extremely highly curated pieces of content,
10:09and they're so good that people will actually pay to read it.
10:12With free newsletters, they can also be pretty good.
10:14But a lot of the time, in order to monetize them, you have to sell stuff.
10:18So you're going to be either creating your own products,
10:20or you might be sponsoring people,
10:22or you might be dropping affiliate links in the newsletter.
10:24And basically, people would sign up for these newsletters,
10:26and then they get them in their email, maybe something like once a week.
10:29And there's a story about a guy who started a newsletter about his job,
10:32which is product management.
10:34And he makes $2 million a year just talking about product management
10:38and how it relates to technology.
10:40So yeah, there's a ton of opportunity here,
10:42both on the paid newsletter side, as well as the free newsletter side.
10:45And again, the secret to this is niching down,
10:48making sure you're talking about a particular niche,
10:50and you're solving real problems for real people.
10:53Now, this is one where I have seen newsletters blow up really quickly.
10:56But again, it's probably going to take you some time to start one of these
10:59and start actually making money with it.
11:01So I'll go ahead and give this one a 7.5 out of 10 opportunity score.
11:05Next is offering digital marketing services.
11:08And this is where you could provide a range
11:10of different digital online marketing solutions
11:12for different types of businesses.
11:13And these could include things like social media management,
11:16search engine optimization, content creation,
11:18email marketing, online advertising, and also managing ads.
11:22And this is something that is relatively easy to get into.
11:26I've actually interviewed a bunch of people on this channel
11:28that have gotten jobs in digital marketing,
11:30and they didn't have a college degree or previous experience.
11:32For instance, Brian was able to land a digital marketing job,
11:36and he was 59 years old.
11:38He didn't have any experience whatsoever in digital marketing,
11:41and he was able to land a job at 59.
11:43So if someone at 59 can do it, you can definitely do it as well.
11:46And by the way, they all got their jobs by learning from my friend Seth.
11:49And he's basically like the godfather of getting people jobs in digital marketing
11:53without a college degree or previous experience.
11:55He's helped thousands and thousands of people do it.
11:57And he actually does have a free training

12:09I mean, you can offer your services on something like Fiverr or Upwork.
12:13And again, it's very important that you only offer one service, right?
12:16Pick one thing that you want to get really good at,
12:18and then offer it to one type of company or person.
12:20So for instance, you could offer SEO services for e-com companies.
12:24And yeah, this one is phenomenal.

12:54And you've probably heard about this side hustle a million times before.
12:57But what you want to do to actually make money with photography
13:00is make sure that you niche down again.
13:02So for instance, I recently met a guy who has a photography studio.
13:06And one of the things that he offers is creating YouTube thumbnails for people.
13:10So he basically takes a bunch of pictures of you
13:12and he makes them really good, very vivid, very clear.
13:15And they're designed to be used in YouTube thumbnails.
13:18And this is something that I kind of had to figure out on my own
13:21becoming a YouTuber that it's important to do this.
13:23So it's something I had to kind of figure out by myself.
13:25And it would have been really nice if I just had a photographer to do this for me.
13:29So depending on the area you live,
13:30this is the kind of service you could absolutely offer
13:32and make a ton of money with.
13:33So yeah, there's a lot to be said about photography.
13:35I mean, you've probably heard about this a million times on the internet before.
13:38Very important that you niche down.
13:40There's certain niches where you can get paid much more than others.
13:42I'll go ahead and give this one a 7.5 out of 10 opportunity score.
13:46Next is going to be writing review resumes
13:49or helping people with their resume in general.
13:51And this is basically where you review somebody's resume
13:54and then you put a bunch of notes on it to help them make it better.
13:57Or in some cases, you just change the resume yourself.
13:59Now, this is another one where you want to niche down.
14:01So you only want to be working on a particular type of resume
14:04for a particular career.
14:06So for instance, if you're somebody who got a job as an accountant,
14:09you would want to help other people get jobs as accountants as well
14:12by reviewing their resumes or helping them make it.
14:14And the reason you just want to stick with one career
14:16is because you are going to be able to very quickly see
14:19once you've reviewed a bunch of resumes,
14:21the common mistakes that people make.
14:22And you're going to have an insight on what types of things
14:25that hiring managers and business owners are looking for
14:28because you're so familiar with the career.
14:30And there's a story about a 35-year-old teacher
14:32who brought in $2 million from his resume writing side hustle.
14:35And I can almost guarantee you,
14:36if you reach out to a resume writer
14:38and they're specialized in the career
14:40that you're actually trying to get into,
14:41you're going to get much better work
14:43than if you just reach out to a general resume writer.
14:46And so this is a really cool gig
14:48that you can offer on places like Fiverr or Upwork.
14:50And most of the people on there just offer general resume writing.
14:54And so you can stand out by offering a specific type of resume.
14:57And you're going to be doing much better work
14:59and your customers are going to be happier.
15:00So it's a win-win for everybody.
15:01So yeah, resume writing is a really good one.
15:03I've actually seen a bunch of different people
15:05make tons of money from doing this.
15:07There's another guy I know who sold his business
15:09for millions of dollars
15:10and he basically helped people get into the finance industry.
15:12So yeah, this one is really good.
15:14I'll give it a 9 out of 10 opportunity score.
15:17Next is going to be creating handmade crafts.
15:20And this is one that you can make money locally
15:22or you can sell on websites such as Etsy.
15:25And I remember I was traveling one time
15:26and I was staying at this hostel
15:28and I ran into a girl who actually makes a full-time income
15:31from selling stuff on Etsy.
15:32And she basically sold these little like evil eye rings,
15:35whatever that is.
15:36It's just like a ring that has kind of like an eye on it.
15:38And she was making a ton of money doing it.
15:40And there's this girl who talks about
15:41how she makes $1,200 a week with handmade crafts.
15:44So there's lots of different reviews online
15:46of lots of different people
15:47that are making money doing this.
15:48And it's easier to stand out here
15:49than selling on something like Shopify or Amazon,
15:53just because of the fact
15:53that you have to put some tender loving care
15:56into the things that you make.
15:57And so it's much more special to people when they buy it
15:59because they know that they're not just getting
16:01some mass produced crap.
16:02So yeah, this is a really good one.
16:04You legitimately can make good money from this.
16:06I'll give it an 8 out of 10 opportunity score.
16:08Next is going to be bush trimming and landscaping.
16:12So this can include all kinds of different services.
16:14You could be mowing people's lawns,
16:16trimming their bushes and just landscaping in general,
16:18making their house and their lawn
16:20and their backyard look really good.
16:21And this can be especially profitable
16:23if you are in neighborhoods
16:25where there's a lot of wealthy people.
16:26And there's certain types of people
16:28who want this sort of thing done
16:29like every few days or every week.
16:31And again, this is one of those jobs where it's not easy.
16:33You're gonna be working out in the sun.
16:35You're gonna be putting in physical labor.
16:36You can make a ton of money doing it
16:38because most people don't want to.
16:39For instance, there's this Reddit post
16:41about this person who started with nothing.
16:42Three years later, he's doing $110,000 in revenue a month,
16:47not a year, a month.
16:49And he says he's making about 30 to $40,000
16:51in profit per month from that.
16:52So it's not easy work, but somebody's gotta do it, right?
16:55And a lot of the time, it's these boring businesses
16:58that can be the easiest way to make money.
17:00So I'll go ahead and give this one

17:04Now, another one that you can make a lot of money with
17:06and you can actually get started even quicker than this one
17:09is going to be TaskRabbit.
17:11And this is basically an app you can download
17:12where you can just do random tasks for random people.
17:15Now, this is something that I have both used myself
17:18and I've been a customer of.
17:20So last time I moved from one house to another,
17:23I basically needed help from somebody
17:25and I didn't wanna bother my friends.
17:26So I just hired somebody on TaskRabbit for a day or two
17:30to help me pack everything up and help me to move it.
17:32And I paid them $35 an hour plus tips.
17:35And I paid for their lunch and dinner.
17:37So they ended up making something between $50 and $60 an hour
17:40when it was all said and done.
17:41And you can do all kinds of different stuff.
17:43You can help people move stuff.
17:45You can paint.
17:45You can fix their yard.
17:47You can help them clean up their house.
17:49I mean, there's all kinds of different random tasks
17:51you can do on TaskRabbit.
17:53And there's lots of people all over
17:54that are making a full-time income with it.
17:56So it's actually one of my favorite side hustle apps.
17:59I absolutely love it.
