00:00Today's a really special moment. Today is our second annual Domestic Violence Cup.
00:06What we're trying to achieve here today is more than just rugby league. What
00:10we're trying to achieve here today is use rugby league or use sport as a
00:14vehicle for positive change. Mr. Brands said it so well just before, you guys and
00:18girls sitting here right now and standing here, you are the next
00:22generation. You can make that change. If you or someone that you know may be
00:26experiencing domestic violence, okay, please go up there. You can get
00:30confidential free support and there's so many things that we're going to be doing
00:34today to help build this message in and around fighting against mitigating and
00:39eliminating domestic violence throughout all of our communities. I also want to
00:43take the time to welcome our newest school this year, Ulladulla High School.
00:47Welcome.
00:50It's special to continue to build on what we've got and again I'll
00:56mention it once again, together as a united front, we can
01:00certainly make a change and be that positive role model, be those positive
01:04people throughout our communities. So what we've got moving forward, we've got
01:08our first game kicking off at nine o'clock so we'll start getting up in a
01:11little bit. Just getting up, getting moving, warmed up. We've got the drawers.
01:15We're all ready to go. Guys and girls, we want you to play, you know, really play
01:19hard today, play fair, but understand we are here for that message in and around
01:24mitigating and eliminating domestic violence. So enjoy today. Best of luck to
01:29all our schools, all our teachers, to the crowd, to the spectators. Enjoy, enjoy this
01:34day. It's a monumental day in our rugby league calendar and we look forward to going out there and watching some good solid rugby league and also Blues take.
01:42Thanks very much everyone. I'll talk to you soon.
