00:11Solicitor General Menardo Guevara says the individuals are under suspicion, not suspects, and they may agree or refuse to be interviewed
00:19Guevara refuses to name the officials
00:21But former Senator Antonio Trillanes earlier published a document from the ICC's Office of the Prosecutor, or OTP, naming five police officials
00:30They are Senator Ronald Bató de la Rosa, former Police Chief Oscar Albayalde, North Luzon Police Commander Major General Romeo Karamat, former NAPLCOM Commissioner Edilberto Leonardo, and former Police Chief Intelligence Officer Eliezer Mata
00:46Guevara says he cannot confirm nor deny the document
00:49The ICC says it also cannot verify documents shared by outside sources
00:54Duterte has so far not been named in any known requests
