00:00It was around 10 o'clock a.m. today when Greenpeace spotted this part of the sea in
00:06Hagone, Bulacan.
00:08The shimmering and blackish color of the surface water in this area was noticeable.
00:13It is suspected to be oil leaking from the sunken motor tanker Terra Nova in Limay, Bataan.
00:23In another video, the oil has reportedly reached Barangay Amaya in Tanza, Cavite.

01:20Despite this, the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources has not yet declared a fishing

01:28The agency has conducted sensory analysis on fish in Limay, Orion, Balanga and Samal.
