00:20The trip to EDSA busway in Guadalupe was delayed

00:24because it passed early yesterday.

00:27This bus counter-flowed to the busway.

00:35It was lucky that it passed.

00:37But there was nothing it could do but to back up.

00:49How long did it take to back up?

00:57Some of them left because they were already late.

01:00The EDSA busway's emergency entrance and exit was fast.

01:04That's why while the bus was backing up,

01:06there were ambulances and other buses that were delayed.

01:10The enforcers of IACT or Interagency Council for Traffic Task Force immediately responded.

01:17The owner of the bus said that it came from Gimig.

01:23Apparently, it was drunk.

01:29it passed where it was supposed to go.

01:31It was supposed to go to BGC, where it was supposed to go home.

01:35Apparently, when it passed BGC, it was surprised that it passed.

01:42He saw an open barrier, which he thought was a U-turn slot going back to Guadalupe.

01:48If you are not authorized to cross the busway,

01:51you will face a penalty of Php 5,000 to Php 30,000

01:55depending on how many violations you have.

01:57Your license may also be cancelled.
