00:00San Juan LGU is investigating the alleged abandonment of their animal town.

00:05At the house of the dog and cat that was tied up and some of them were not able to make it out alive.

00:17In the aftermath of the storm that hit Habagat,

00:21many tagged Veron, an animal rescuer, in this video that is spreading on social media.

00:27Some dogs are seen not knowing what to do after being caught in the flood.

00:32There are also stray cats that are not moving and are already submerged in the water.

00:36San Juan LGU says this is a city pound.

00:38With the help of another animal rescue group, they were able to reach the area.

00:43We were crying while we were rescuing.

00:45We were crying and crying.

00:46There were many dead cats that were drowning.

00:48There was a cat that even though it was drowning, it tried to survive on its own.

00:53It was already critical.

00:54We were giving first aid immediately.

00:56We tried CPR on them manually.

00:59They were able to rescue 8 cats that were not alive.

01:04They were also able to rescue 20 dogs.

01:07They were also brought to the shelter of the animal rescue group in Cubao and Angono, Rizal.

01:11Before the flood, dogs and cats were already passing through the pound,

01:23Sir TK knows that the flood is reaching many people, but he did not allow it to rain.

01:28LGU confirmed the San Juan City that they are the pound.

01:31The city is legally conducting a comprehensive and comprehensive investigation on what happened to our San Juan Dog compound.
