00:00San Juan City LGU is investigating the video that was spread on social media

00:04where it is said that the cats were caught in the dog pound of the town.

00:16many tagged Veron, an animal rescuer, in this video that is spreading on social media.

00:22Some dogs seem to not know what to do after being caught in the flood.

00:27There are also cats that are not moving and are already submerged in the water.

00:31San Juan City LGU says this is a city pound.

00:34With the help of another animal rescue group, they were able to reach the area.
