00:27MMA President Dr Azizan Abdul Aziz said it is common to see no separation in the handling

00:34In many outlets, she also said food is being prepared in unhygienic conditions, and many
00:38food stalls and caterers are known to operate illegally, raising questions about what the
00:43authorities are doing about the matter.
00:46Meanwhile, Azizan said all vendors must be educated in food hygiene standards, pointing
00:51out that food premises must comply with the Food Hygiene Regulations 2009.
00:56Training in food handling is also compulsory, she said.
