00:00The Business Mentor Talks is vlog by no other, Armando Buts Bartolome, in cooperation with
00:14the Manila Times.
00:15It aims to bring to life and recognize entrepreneurs who constantly strive to create a living for
00:21the community as well.
00:51Good morning, evening, wherever you are.
01:17It's a Sunday.
01:18As you know, on Sundays, we have a regular vlog and this is our purpose, the purpose of the Business Mentor Talks in the Manila Times is to bring information and inspiration as well.
01:36So today, we have a discussion and this is our discussion, health is wealth.
01:44What is the meaning of health for an entrepreneur, or not just for an entrepreneur, but for the whole population.
01:53This is what we call, as you can see, there are many dialysis centers.
01:59Or if you have diabetes, that's another problem.
02:08We will have a young man. I know him from PCCI Quezon City. He's a member of PCCI Quezon City Chamber Chapter.
02:21So let's introduce, no other than the ever-smiling Dr. Rainier Nery Moson. Doc how are you?
02:30Good afternoon. Good afternoon. I can see my hand.
02:34So anyway, how is the health of our country?
02:43Actually, I'm happy with your introduction because I believe that health is wealth.
02:51When we say health, it's not just physical, it also covers emotional and spiritual.
02:59So before this vlog, we talked about diabetes.
03:04But as of now, I hope we can also focus on the emotional side of people.
03:10There's a lot of stress. There's a lot of stress right now.
03:13There's a lot of stress right now and I feel that because of the stress, stress eating,
03:20we always watch a lot of social media, there's a lot of new food, what is being mixed.
03:27So just to share with you, what's really sad right now is that aside from the increasing anxiety levels,
03:34the number of people with anxiety and depression, the number of diabetic people is also increasing.
03:40And what's more worrying is that our cases are decreasing.
03:46That's why we're not surprised that there are a lot of dialysis centers.
03:52We know that previously, last year, the number of sessions covered by PhilHealth was increased.
03:59This month, just this month, they increased even the coverage of the subsidy they are giving to patients.
04:08In every session, there are patients who are undergoing dialysis.
04:12But Doc, I will interrupt you.
04:15The other day, when you said you have diabetes, it's a disease of the rich.
04:21Yes.
04:22Is that true? It's like what you said the other day, I have diabetes and you're rich. Is that true?
04:30Why did we go to that? Is it a myth or is it a reality?
04:35Actually, I was able to reach that when I was young. I only know that the rich have diabetes.
04:40But because of the changes, I think this is because of the digitalization.
04:45People are more exposed to different kinds of food.
04:49And Filipinos, usually, we are very foodie.
04:53We are very curious about what's new. We will taste it.
04:57We will go there.
04:58That's why recently, the food that you see, Unlitabas, Unlitabas, is stressful.
05:07As a doctor, I was stressed.
05:09But because of that, I feel that because of the food that Filipinos are not healthy with,
05:19and it's a lot of food, plus there's no exercise,
05:22because we're just sitting and watching Netflix or whatever we're watching,
05:29it's really the sugar that causes us diabetes.
05:36Now, there's a lot of cheap food, right?
05:40So even if you're not rich, you will really have diabetes, even children.
05:45But why is it like that? Others have a different mindset.
05:49No, when you're young, go ahead and eat all you want while you're young.
05:55Others will say, it doesn't matter, there's medicine.
05:58Or the doctor is there.
06:00My parents also tell me that.
06:02The hardest thing for a patient is actually their parents and relatives
06:06because they always say, that's why I studied to be a doctor.
06:10But as I said, we're not God.
06:13Our body has limits.
06:16So we can eat.
06:18A child can eat.
06:20But all of our bodies have a level of irreversibility.
06:25If there's something that's damaged, our body is good, it can regenerate.
06:30But as we get older, the regenerative capacity of our cells also decreases.
06:38But for a child, if we go back to the question,
06:41even if the child has a high regenerative capacity,
06:45if he reaches the threshold of a certain organ and it gets damaged,
06:49it will really be affected.
06:51So it's not right to just go ahead and eat all you want while you're young.
06:57The best thing when you're young is to start a good habit.
07:00Because that's what you'll get.
07:02Comfort food.
07:04When you're young, you're stressed.
07:06This is what you're eating.
07:07We're chit-chatting.
07:08We're street food.
07:09Until you get older, you'll already have that lifestyle.
07:14So there are cheat days.
07:17Yes.
07:18Whatever they call it, I can hear it.
07:20Well, it's my cheat day today.
07:22There's a problem.
07:23There's a problem.
07:24You also have cheat days in the hospital.
07:26Exactly.
07:29And sir, when they have a cheat day,
07:31it's really a cheat day.
07:33I hope you can just taste the cheat day so you can experience the taste.
07:37Just the palate.
07:39But sometimes, a cheat day is like a bandehado.
07:43It's really bad for your health.
07:45But Doc, that's funny.
07:48Our dialysis centers are increasing.
07:52The other day, I was able to count it with my hands.
07:55Exactly.
07:56Why is it like that?
07:58Even if you travel from north to south, provinces, along the highway,
08:05you will see dialysis centers.
08:10We have a friend who is a mentor.
08:14He wasn't able to have dialysis even once.
08:18He died.
08:20And yet, he's really good.
08:23Life really is important.
08:26So why is dialysis increasing?
08:29Is this a sign that it's a good business,
08:34but it's not as good as you see it as a doctor?
08:39Yes.
08:40I'll share my personality here.
08:44First of all, it's sad that the number of cases is increasing.
08:47Like you said, before, dialysis was only done in hospitals.
08:52Now, hospitals can't do it anymore.
08:55Back then, there was a demand to create stand-alone dialysis centers.
09:03As you can see, every city has it.
09:06But sometimes, aside from dialysis in hospitals and stand-alone dialysis,
09:11it's still not enough.
09:12Because approximately, according to our statistics,
09:1510% of the population is on dialysis.
09:18So think about it, even in Quezon City,
09:21even if there are a lot of dialysis centers, it's still not enough
09:25because the population in Quezon City is so large.
09:28That's why we, I'll just share with you,
09:32our dialysis centers in Quezon have just opened.
09:35Because our first dialysis center located in Viluna,
09:39in Clear Beach Medical Philippines, is already full.
09:42We have a third shift.
09:43We reached there last night.
09:45What? Third shift?
09:47Yes, third shift.
09:49It's like a call center. There's a night shift.
09:53There's a graveyard shift.
09:56But doc, what's really happening with my dialysis?
10:01I'm not on dialysis yet.
10:03I'm not on dialysis.
10:04What's taking so long?
10:07What are you doing?
10:08And where is it?
10:10What is it?
10:11What are you pressing?
10:13Whatever.
10:14So maybe the best thing is that we will start
10:17why we are doing dialysis.
10:19So dialysis is like an automated machine
10:23that is equivalent to the function of our kidneys.
10:26Because our kidneys produce a lot of water.
10:30They also produce toxins.
10:32When they are processed,
10:35we create toxins in the body
10:39that needs to be released.
10:41So what filters those toxins are the liver and kidneys.
10:46So the third function of the kidneys
10:50is to make blood red.
10:52So the function of the dialysis machine
10:59is to extract the excess water.
11:03You can see that some of our patients
11:05who are on dialysis are red.
11:07It's because the kidneys are not working.
11:09They can't urinate.
11:10They can't urinate.
11:11Some of them can urinate but it's not enough.
11:14So what happens is that the water accumulates in the body
11:18and it falls on the part of the feet
11:21because of the gravity.
11:23So we can see that it's red.
11:26Second, the dialysis machine
11:29extracts the toxins in the body.
11:32So now what we do is we inject it in the arteries,
11:37in the blood vessels and veins.
11:41So instead of going through the kidneys,
11:44it will go through the dialysis machine.
11:46So what the dialysis machine will do
11:49is it will suck up the excess water
11:52and then while it passes through the machine,
11:54it will clean it and filter it.
11:56So that's what dialysis is.
11:58So that's why we won't be surprised
12:00that if you don't have dialysis,
12:03it can cause the death of the patient
12:06if you don't have the right dialysis.
12:08Because our kidneys,
12:11it's been working for 24 hours, 365 days.
12:15Dialysis is just 2 to 4 hours
12:19every session that the patient sits in the dialysis chair.
12:25So that's how every shift,
12:27it will clean for 4 hours.
12:29Is it like forever if you have dialysis
12:33or can you still stop
12:37and the dialysis won't continue?
12:39Is there still hope for that?
12:41It depends on the case.
12:42Because there are cases where they only had dialysis temporarily
12:46while they were looking for a kidney transplant.
12:52Because after that,
12:54when they were given a new kidney,
12:56they don't need to have dialysis anymore.
12:59And there are also those who have dialysis
13:01because of acute or sudden reasons
13:06that maybe there was a toxin that needed to be removed
13:11and the kidney wasn't really damaged.
13:13That's also one of the reasons why we do dialysis.
13:16But four of our cases are irreversible.
13:20It's already stage 5 in our dialysis centers.
13:23So if you have dialysis,
13:25that cuts down your activity?
13:28Yes.
13:30Because technically,
13:32if the toxin doesn't come out of the body,
13:35our body is really weak.
13:38Our body is weak.
13:41To be honest,
13:42if our kidneys are not working,
13:45we know that it's connected to the heart
13:49and other parts of our internal organs.
13:53So the quality of life is really affected.
13:56Wow.
13:57So I'm looking at it from the point of view of being an entrepreneur.
14:02If you are an entrepreneur
14:06and everything is tied to you,
14:08the direction,
14:10and you never know when life will collect.
14:14As we say, it will collect behind you.
14:18So this is really going to be affecting the business, right?
14:24Unless the organization of the business is good.
14:27Yes.
14:28Actually,
14:29dialysis is really challenging
14:35because you will be faced by a lot of guidelines and regulations
14:40that you have to follow.
14:41You can't just build a dialysis
14:44because it's like you're just going to permit it.
14:47No.
14:48So you'll ask for permission to construct first from DOH.
14:52You will show your design because they have a guideline there.
14:55But before you actually put up a design,
14:58you need to check for a location.
15:00So DOH will ask you about the feasibility study of the location.
15:05And then they will be asking you.
15:09Because it's not good from a business perspective side
15:14that you're just looking for a location
15:16and you're not going to study how many populations are there,
15:19how many dialysis are there.
15:21But Doc,
15:22are we really regulating those dialysis centers?
15:28Because later on,
15:30you won't be able to say that the fly-by-night should not be allowed.
15:35Is there such a thing?
15:36Or will the Department of Health really monitor that?
15:39So actually,
15:40just to share with you,
15:42they're very, very strict.
15:44DOH has been doing a very good job in monitoring.
15:49Sometimes you'll be surprised
15:50that there's a DOH officer who will check.
15:54A surprise inspection.
15:56And they usually do it once a year.
16:00Sometimes,
16:01there are officers who will check
16:04if you're following the regulations that you've read
16:08and if what you've read is true.
16:10So DOH is really strict on that.
16:13Yes, because there's a subsidy from the government.
16:16Correct, there's a subsidy from the government.
16:18But if you're going to build a dialysis center,
16:21you're going to go through a lot of hurdles.
16:24But the effect on the entrepreneur,
16:26if he's affected by dialysis,
16:29his business will be affected, right?
16:32Yes.
16:33That's the hard part.
16:35We know that if we're an entrepreneur,
16:39our body, mind, and soul need to be aligned.
16:43If one of them is injured, it's very difficult.
16:46Even if it's just a typical increase in BP,
16:50or if it's painful,
16:52or if it's a bad feeling,
16:54it's very difficult to decide.
16:56Our intellectual part is affected, right?
17:02That's why I always tell my mentors,
17:07young entrepreneurs,
17:09you have to balance your body, mind, and soul.
17:11That's why I always tell them,
17:13we run to UP.
17:14We have a running session every Wednesday.
17:17Very good.
17:19We have a coach to train us
17:25to also maintain the physical.
17:27Because I really believe,
17:29like I shared with you,
17:31Sir Butz,
17:32I'm also a life coach,
17:34and I believe in alignment.
17:36Because if you get that alignment,
17:39and you enjoy your life,
17:41where will the money go?
17:43Because you're pursuing your purpose.
17:45But you cannot pursue your purpose
17:47if your physical body cannot keep up.
17:50So we really need to be healthy.
17:53That's why I'm pursuing it now.
17:55Not just entrepreneurs,
17:57I mean everybody,
17:58whether you're a celebrity,
18:00regardless,
18:02especially if you're a teacher.
18:04If you're a teacher,
18:07imagine if your income stream
18:09is dependent on you,
18:12and your spouse or family
18:14is dependent on you,
18:16and you're an OFW,
18:18you're overseas,
18:20and you're neglecting your health,
18:22even if you say you have medical benefits,
18:25you might go home,
18:27and the business will be shut down.
18:29I mean,
18:30everything is connected.
18:32Everything is connected.
18:34There's no remedy
18:36if there's no discipline.
18:38But this diabetes,
18:40it's still the same.
18:42We have so many businesses
18:44that I see now,
18:46sugar-free,
18:48sugar-free ice cream,
18:50sugar-free cake.
18:52I'm surprised
18:54that cakes are sugar-free.
18:56Now,
18:58plant-based sugars are increasing.
19:01Why?
19:03What are the kids
19:05who already have diabetes?
19:07As early as, what,
19:0910 years old,
19:10they already have diabetes?
19:12Maybe it's for those who already have diabetes.
19:14But now, I've seen
19:16that their sugar levels are high,
19:18they're only in their 20s.
19:20Our 20s,
19:22we know that our metabolism
19:24and our activities
19:26are prime years.
19:30For me,
19:31my interpretation is that
19:33there's a lot of intake of sugar.
19:35Because we're not against
19:37our colleagues
19:39who have
19:41milk tea business and all.
19:43Because at the end of the day,
19:45it's the person who will decide.
19:47You can drink a lot of milk tea,
19:49but you have to be responsible
19:51to your body.
19:53You have to exercise
19:55the calories you intake.
19:57There are percentages of sugar.
19:59They can do 10%, 20%.
20:01But the important thing
20:03is that diabetes is scary.
20:05How many stages
20:07of diabetes?
20:09Yes.
20:11Actually,
20:13if you know that you have diabetes,
20:15type 1 or type 2,
20:17you should be careful.
20:19Because even type 2,
20:21it can pass to your child.
20:23For example,
20:25type 1,
20:27we know that it's genetics.
20:29We have a problem
20:31with our
20:33auto-antibodies.
20:35We have a part of our body
20:37that doesn't recognize the cells.
20:39It destroys the cells of the pancreas
20:41that create insulin.
20:43Insulin is very important
20:45for sugar regulation.
20:47We know that type 1 is genetic.
20:49For type 2,
20:51we have data that
20:53we don't have in our family
20:55and we get sick
20:57when it comes to our sugar intake.
20:59We have less physical activity.
21:01In short, we have diabetes
21:03and we get pregnant.
21:05In short,
21:07we get pregnant
21:09because
21:11our number one factor
21:13is food.
21:15Our number two factor
21:17is
21:19physical activity.
21:21The third factor
21:23that we need to focus on is stress.
21:25Stress.
21:27Stress is
21:29almost 24 hours
21:317 days a week.
21:33We live with stress.
21:35You get stressed
21:37when you read
21:39the news
21:41or watch 6 o'clock news
21:43or watch
21:45fake news on Tiktok.
21:47Correct.
21:49It's stressful.
21:51Or when you watch Marites.
21:53It's stressful, right?
21:55You know, Sir Butch,
21:57what technique did I use?
21:59I let go of the negative
22:01things.
22:03For example,
22:05there are Filipino people
22:07who want to fight.
22:09I let go of that.
22:11I don't watch it
22:13because I know my body wants it.
22:15Filipino culture
22:17wants you to be updated.
22:19But I said that
22:21nothing will help me.
22:23Sir Butch,
22:25when you're stressed,
22:27we release cortisol.
22:29This causes
22:31bad sugar levels in our body.
22:33Plus, our blood pressure rises.
22:35It spikes.
22:37He thought it was stress.
22:39He thought there was a threat.
22:41What he'll do is he'll release
22:43the stored sugar from the blood.
22:45The sugar level in our blood will rise.
22:47That's the effect.
22:49That's the first effect.
22:51The second effect is the blood pressure rises.
22:53The third effect is to eat
22:55comfort food.
22:57That's the third effect.
22:59That's the effect.
23:01You'll eat chocolate.
23:03You'll drink
23:05a liter of soft drink.
23:07I'm guilty of chocolate.
23:11I'm guilty of chocolate.
23:13You'll be munching.
23:15But again, it's scary.
23:17Sometimes, I see people
23:19whose wounds don't heal.
23:23What's happening?
23:25Some have amputations.
23:27Yes, sir.
23:29We have a lot of stages
23:31of wounds
23:33related to diabetes
23:35related to feet.
23:37What we'll look at
23:39is the sugar.
23:41It destroys our blood vessels.
23:43You can see
23:45the blood vessels and roots.
23:47You can see on the feet,
23:49the wounds heal quickly.
23:51I don't feel
23:53because the roots are damaged.
23:55That's what's happening.
23:57The simple scratch
23:59is because there are no roots
24:01that supply nutrients.
24:03There are no blood vessels that supply nutrients.
24:05The blood doesn't reach
24:07the wound
24:09that's important
24:11to close the wound.
24:13The wound gets bigger.
24:15It's neglected.
24:17Just to share with you,
24:19we have a partnership
24:21with doctors.
24:23We also distribute
24:25skin support
24:27that is applied
24:29around the wound
24:31and to the wound
24:33of our specialists.
24:35This is stem cell-based.
24:37It stimulates
24:39exosomes
24:41in healthy cells
24:43so that they can build
24:45more cells and close the wound.
24:47It helps.
24:49Correct.
24:51We have antibiotics.
24:53Antibiotics are also important.
24:55First in the Philippines,
24:57just approved by FDA
24:59last March,
25:01this Solagen cream
25:03and gel is applied
25:05around the wound.
25:07This is not only for
25:09diabetics,
25:11but also for bed ulcers,
25:13bed sores,
25:15and even for wounds
25:17We have cases
25:19where the wound
25:21heals faster.
25:25So there are technologies
25:27and advancements
25:29that are really helping
25:31in solving the health issues.
25:33Correct.
25:35Even for diabetes,
25:37we have a lot of medicines.
25:39There are still
25:41reversible diabetes.
25:43I have cases
25:45where people
25:47have diabetes
25:49because of
25:51yearly check-ups.
25:53It can be captured immediately.
25:57After the threshold,
25:59we take hemoglobin A1c
26:01and fasting blood sugar.
26:03Those are the two
26:05we use to diagnose diabetes.
26:07If it exceeds the normal threshold,
26:09we start
26:11taking medicine.
26:13I have cases
26:15where they reversed
26:17their diet.
26:19They reduced
26:21weight through exercise
26:23and proper diet.
26:25So there is discipline.
26:27In other words,
26:29a doctor can only
26:31do so much.
26:33It's actually the patient
26:35or the person
26:37who should be the one to discipline.
26:39Correct.
26:41Even if your parents
26:43or your family told you
26:45to take medicine,
26:47you won't be a miracle.
26:49We are responsible for our own body,
26:51right, sir?
26:53We should be the one who knows our body better.
26:55We should take care of our body.
26:57Doc,
26:59it's very challenging for you
27:01because you live by example.
27:03I'm sure you have
27:05colleagues that
27:07you are only becoming
27:09you're a doctor,
27:11but you also have to live by example.
27:13Practice what you preach.
27:15Yes. I'm just enjoying it
27:17because since I love
27:19traveling, I want my 60-year-old self
27:21to thank my current self
27:23because my goal
27:25is to run
27:27and do other things.
27:29I'm also an athlete in Spartan
27:31Obstacle Race.
27:33My goal is
27:35by 60 years old,
27:37I can still go to
27:39many places
27:41because I can still walk
27:43and I can still walk
27:45because I'm still healthy.
27:47Enjoy life,
27:49not life giving you
27:51the hardship.
27:55There are a lot of things
27:57that we can read.
27:59There are a lot of right ways
28:01on YouTube
28:03that can motivate you.
28:05At the end of the day,
28:07it's up to us
28:09how we take things lightly.
28:11Kids and people today are very lucky
28:13because everything is available online.
28:15You're right.
28:17That's why I was sharing earlier
28:19instead of the chaos
28:21that you see,
28:23why not YouTube meditation
28:25and inspirational videos?
28:27That's what I'm doing.
28:29Surround yourself
28:31with positive people.
28:33That's why I'm sticking
28:35to you, sir.
28:37You're my idol.
28:39If you're
28:41idolizing someone,
28:43let's stick to them.
28:45Sometimes, when people
28:47around you are negative,
28:49it's good for me
28:51because I know
28:53what I'm saying.
28:55You're mimicking
28:57what's around you.
28:59Yes, I'm absorbed.
29:01You're absorbed.
29:03You'll catch yourself
29:05and say,
29:07wow, that's his habit.
29:09Let's face it.
29:11It's not only our mind.
29:13It's also subliminal.
29:15Correct.
29:17It's subconscious.
29:19There's no right and wrong.
29:21It's subconscious.
29:23It's absorbed.
29:25That's when you'll catch yourself
29:27mimicking.
29:29Mimic the person
29:31you like.
29:35Anyway,
29:39what are the three things
29:41aside from moderation
29:43or people who want to be in business?
29:45You're a doctor
29:47and an entrepreneur.
29:49What should
29:51be a good
29:53perspective
29:55for a person
29:57who wants to start a business?
29:59What are the three takeaways?
30:01For me,
30:03first, pursue your passion.
30:05My passion has always been about
30:07leadership.
30:09My passion is all about medical leadership.
30:11Why not medical leadership?
30:13Let's join management.
30:15I believe that
30:17if you pursue your passion,
30:19for me, passion is
30:21not an issue.
30:23You will be doing that thing 24 hours.
30:25I did pursue that.
30:27Number two take,
30:29if you pursue your passion,
30:31money will
30:33follow.
30:35Third is
30:37love your people.
30:39No matter who
30:41your execs or
30:43guards are,
30:45no matter
30:47their position in the organization,
30:49you have to
30:51serve them as
30:53the CEO.
30:55I didn't share with you
30:57that I was promoted from chief medical
30:59director to the CEO
31:01president.
31:03Congratulations!
31:05Our position
31:07is about not just
31:09making money but also serving
31:11the people who serve the client
31:13or the people that
31:15we target.
31:17For me,
31:19at the end of the day, the best investment is
31:21all about relationship.
31:23Relationship with our people.
31:25If our people
31:27feel that they
31:29are being taken
31:31well,
31:33our clients will take care of them.
31:35That's my motivation.
31:37Pursue your passion,
31:39money comes after.
31:41Third is take care of your people.
31:43For me, that's
31:45what aligns me.
31:47Why am I still not stressed?
31:49They say I still look like a kid.
31:51I'll be 40 soon.
31:53No joke. You're really 40?
31:55I thought you're only 25.
31:59But thank you.
32:01I know you've been
32:03bodybuilding.
32:05I saw your transformation
32:07last year.
32:09Before the pandemic.
32:11Before the pandemic,
32:13we were 30.
32:15You really transformed.
32:17Before the pandemic.
32:19You really did bodybuilding.
32:21Now, you have abs.
32:25I'm embarrassed. You saw my posts.
32:29That's for people to be inspired.
32:33It's not for self-grandeur.
32:35You're just
32:37setting an example.
32:39Yes, that's really it. Inspiration.
32:41Anyway, Doc,
32:43keep healthy living.
32:45Please spread the word around
32:47about all this.
32:51The idea there is
32:53how do you strike a balance?
32:55I hope the Dialysis Center is small.
32:57It's also good in a way
32:59that our people
33:01become health conscious.
33:03Again, dialysis is already there.
33:07What's the average?
33:09I was just thinking,
33:11how much does it cost
33:13for a treatment?
33:15For each session,
33:17they charge P4,000.
33:19P4,000?
33:21Yes, P4,000.
33:23What's the out-of-pocket of the patient?
33:25For now, they don't allow
33:27P4,000.
33:29They increased it from P2,600 to P4,000.
33:31They don't allow coffee
33:33or patients who need extra.
33:35And
33:37when you go to a Dialysis Center
33:39like Clear Bridge,
33:43can I go to others?
33:45Actually,
33:47you can move
33:49or other patients.
33:51Maybe they can see our
33:53Quezon Ab branch. It's really good.
33:55They already moved to us.
33:57You should send me a picture
33:59so we can insert it here.
34:01You can.
34:03We receive
34:05certain referral papers
34:07from the current
34:09Dialysis Center.
34:11So whoever they move to,
34:13they know the set-up
34:15for the machines.
34:17There's a set-up for the machines.
34:19So if I'm a Dialysis patient
34:21and I want to go on vacation
34:23in Japan,
34:25what should I do?
34:27We coordinate
34:29with Dialysis Centers in other countries.
34:31We give them a paper.
34:33But most of the time,
34:35patients
34:37from the US, Canada,
34:39they go to our Dialysis Centers
34:41because they're
34:43on vacation in the Philippines.
34:45So far, we haven't seen
34:47from our end
34:49that they're on vacation in other countries.
34:51But if that will happen,
34:53of course, it's up to the Dialysis Centers
34:55to find a transient
34:57dialysis
34:59for our patients.
35:01Wow!
35:03Aside from passport and visa,
35:05you still have an arrangement
35:07for your dialysis.
35:09Yes, exactly.
35:11Because your experience
35:13is only one time
35:15that you didn't have a dialysis.
35:17He just missed it.
35:19Yes.
35:21So the best thing is to prevent
35:23so we can go
35:25to the places we want to go.
35:27Let's be healthy.
35:29Not just healthy physically,
35:31but mind and soul.
35:33Let's include
35:35financially healthy.
35:37Exactly.
35:39If you're not financially healthy,
35:41that's stress.
35:43Or let's say,
35:45you can't pay your debts,
35:47that's also stress.
35:49That's the problem.
35:51Always keep
35:53a good healthy mindset.
35:55Doc, thank you very much.
35:57Thank you very much for having me.
35:59It's a breath of what's happening.
36:01Again,
36:03we hope that we have imparted
36:05a lot of insights of Doc
36:07to our viewers.
36:09I hope that
36:11we can remember our health.
36:13If you're an entrepreneur,
36:15it's hard to get sick.
36:17It's like the captain of the ship.
36:19You just saw
36:21the captain of the ship
36:23lying down.
36:25What will his crew say to you?
36:27Captain, where do we go?
36:29I'm sorry, do not disturb.
36:33Doc, thank you very much.
36:35Keep in touch.
36:37We hope that
36:39you have more branches
36:41and send us
36:43your pictures so we can
36:45visit you there.
36:47Also, thank you to PCCI
36:49Quezon City Chapter.
36:51If you want to join,
36:53join the Quezon City Chapter
36:55so you can see
36:57Dr. Rainier.
36:59Doc, thank you very much.
37:01Thank you.
37:03Bye.
