00:00Where is Abu Bakr? Where is Othman? Where is Abu Ubaidah? Where is Abdul Rahman Ibn Awf?
00:09We only knew of those who had a people who forbade them.
00:13They did not hesitate to reveal the religion of Muhammad.
00:17These are the people of minds, dreams, and homes.
00:21Or so we used to think of them.
00:24How can we trust Muhammad with our servants, minds, and dreams?
00:31O father of Waleed, if Muhammad said what he said and then left us,
00:38as he did before Waraqah Ibn Nawfal and Zayd Ibn Amr Ibn Nufail,
00:44we would have said whatever he wanted.
00:49But he claims to be a prophet, a messenger from Allah,
00:55ordered to convey the message.
00:59So whoever obeys him is saved.
01:02Whoever obeys him is saved.
01:06And whoever disobeys him is destroyed.
01:09So whoever obeys him is out of our obedience.
01:15No, Waleed.
01:17What is it that a man says and then goes on his way,
01:22or then returns to us with opinion and obedience?
01:26He does not remove our idols with that saying until he removes our obedience.
01:33If there are many people around him, there are few around us.
01:38So that we do not have an opinion, or an order, or a judgment.
01:49So shall we leave him and what he invites to him,
01:53so that he may fulfill this promise?
02:02You are late with the drink, Bilal.
02:05I did not want to start the fight of Quraysh before its sheikhs.
02:08We are thirsty for the drink of a sheikh who lost his bones and went to his grave.
02:12True, no one hears us.
02:14Are you still afraid of your father?
02:16Until he is placed in his grave.
02:18How could the son of Jubeir Ibn Mut'aim be as fast as you today?
02:21A monster?
02:23He is stronger than me, sir.
02:25And if the victory was in hope, the situation of the people would not have changed.
02:29You are right.
02:31If you were with the sheikhs now, you would pray and walk around.
02:34And you would obey the order of Muhammad, and the people would obey you.
02:40Would you wish that, Bilal?
02:43If people looked at the safety of the people, they would only fight with swords.
02:48But what do you do with the weapons that you have taken from me, sir?
02:53I have the duty of the servant to carry the shiah, and to guard the camel,
02:57and to carry the flag and to stand in your court.
03:00If you were to play with war, what you do with it,
03:03then we would have been lucky to have you.
03:06It is not in the nature of life to be completely lucky, sir.
03:09Otherwise, people are dependent on people.
03:15I did not know before today that he had wisdom.
03:18We were eager for his war and his strength.
03:22The servant behind me is more dangerous than a servant and his war.
03:34O people!
03:36You have mentioned things, and things have gone unnoticed.
03:42You have mentioned Quraysh, and you have neglected the rest of the Arabs.
03:47And you have known that many of them have imposed upon you
03:50what you are doing out of pride, wealth, and prohibition.
03:54And they have not led you except by the authority of religion,
03:57which you have imposed upon them,
04:00and by the sacredness of the Kaaba,
04:03which you are specializing in its proximity, its preservation, and its protection.
04:08And Muhammad claims that he has sent to all people,
04:14but he has started with his people and his tribe.
04:18So what?
04:20So that he may be exposed to the tribes of the Arabs.
04:23Perhaps some of them have found a way to your destruction,
04:26and he has led them to follow Muhammad.
04:29They are defeating you with some of your men.
04:32And that, by God, is evil.
04:34And why does God choose Muhammad among us?
04:39So that he may be his prophet and his messenger,
04:41and among us is he who is greater than them in wealth and more people.
04:45Yes, yes.
04:47O father of the judge, if Muhammad were a liar,
04:51he would not have been exposed to the claim of prophethood except by himself.
04:56And if he were truthful, then God chooses whom He wills,
04:59and He does not consult anyone in His judgment.
05:02Welcome to us, father of Waleed.
05:05Do you want us to leave Muhammad and our affairs?
05:08Yes, we do.
05:20You know, O people of Quraysh,
05:23that the people of Hashem will not give you up to their owner.
05:28And if they violate his religion and violate your religion,
05:31you will fight them and they will fight you.
05:34We do, by God.
05:36Then we will fall into what we flee from.
05:39The cutting of the ties of kinship,
05:41the severing of the covenant of Quraysh,
05:44and the confusion of their conditions and the desire of the Arabs in them.
05:51Did he not say to you,
05:53if a word is said by a man,
05:56then he returns to what has become a habit of our lives and the order of our affairs,
06:01and if he does not,
06:03then we fear him more than Muhammad.
06:06His consequences, which we have mentioned.
06:09Are we the first to seek that,
06:12when we hold the sword?
06:15Yes, yes.
06:19So what do you think?
06:21I think that you should refer to his uncle, Abu Talib.
06:24We have not known a man who loved his people and was kind to them,
06:28nor did we know a man who loved his people and was kind to them,
06:32nor did we know a man who was keen to meet them.
06:36And he is more capable of stopping Muhammad and stopping him.
06:40So if he does,
06:42then what you are doing is enough for you.
06:46How do you think you are,
06:48opposing my opinion in front of the faces of Abdu'l-Manaf and your uncle?
06:52Did we not all meet to discuss his opinion,
06:55and which is the strongest way and the least likely to achieve the goal?
06:58You have made your opinion stronger than my uncle's opinion.
07:01Is this your goodwill?
07:03What is that goodwill?
07:05We all ask for the same goal, and the means are different.
07:08And you lower your face in front of Utbah and the sheikhs of Abdu'l-Manaf?
07:12We did not meet to oppress each other with the opinion,
07:15but we met to look at what would fix the whole of Quraysh.
07:19And I was not to write an opinion in which I see the good of the people,
07:23but I did not agree with Abdu'l-Manaf and my brothers,
07:26and I did not agree with Muhammad.
07:28I do not hate him, and I do not hold a grudge against him.
07:32I swear to God, no one is deceived by him,
07:34except that people know he is a liar.
07:36And I do not hold a grudge against Bani Hashim.
07:39I swear to God, if he were one of my enemies,
07:41the situation would not have been so difficult for me.
07:43If this is your opinion,
07:45then what is the opinion of Utbah ibn Rabi'ah,
07:47and the rest of Abdu'l-Shams and Abdu'l-Manaf?
07:50Did you not see how he used to seduce and seduce the souls?
07:54And that is only because he mentioned his relations with Bani Hashim,
07:58because they are all for Abdu'l-Manaf.
08:00And the closest of people may be more merciful,
08:03more competitive with the ruler.
08:05Everyone sees himself as an equal to his cousin,
08:07so he does not want to be ahead of him.
08:09And this is still the case with Bani Abdu'l-Shams and Bani Hashim.
08:12So if the sons of Maghzoum are ahead,
08:14forget what is between them,
08:16and remember that they are all for Abdu'l-Manaf.
08:19And by Allah, we have disputed with the sons of Abdu'l-Manaf.
08:23They gave, so we gave.
08:25They fed, so we fed.
08:27They carried, so we carried.
08:29Until we became equal,
08:31and we became disbelievers.
08:33They said,
08:34We have a prophet from whom the revelation comes from the heavens.
08:38So when?
08:39When will we realize that we are sons of Maghzoum like this?
08:42By Allah, we do not believe in him and we do not believe him.
08:45And if he came to us with every verse,
08:47we would never be able to resist him.
08:51And if he came to us with every verse,
08:54we would never be able to resist him.
08:58Keep this from your uncle, son of Khantamah.
09:02I have seen you reduce the number of the people,
09:05and reduce the number of Abul-Hakam's followers.
09:09And let not Muhammad's wrath be as much as his wrath.
09:13But he is the envy of Abdu'l-Manaf,
09:16Hashem, and Abdu'l-Manaf.
09:19He is the envy of Abdu'l-Manaf,
09:22Hashem, and Abdu'l-Manaf.
09:25He is the envy of Abdu'l-Manaf,
09:27Hashem, and Abdu'l-Manaf.
09:30He is the envy of Abdu'l-Manaf,
09:33Hashem, and Abdu'l-Manaf.
09:37And in man is a sharpness and a foolishness,
09:40in what is of fitna and power.
09:44And I have a better plan for Muhammad
09:47than that Muhammad has left our religion and left our dreams.
09:52And what is it that Abul-Hakam is imposing on him?
09:55If it is evil as he sees and we see,
09:58then let him be one of us.
10:00And he began with his tribe.
10:02The nearest is the nearest.
10:04If Muhammad had aligned his tribe with the people in the evil that came to him,
10:10then why should we meet with them to oppose and oppose him?
10:14For this reason we meet with the sons of Makhzum and the rest of the Quraish.
10:20India has spoken the truth, Abul-Waleed.
10:24The testimony of a man in his wife.
10:27The testimony of a man in his wife is better than the testimony of a father in his daughter.
10:33If India were a man, it would have ruled its people.
10:37Then, O, do not disobey Abu Sufyan.
10:40He lost a woman and did not win a president.
10:48The orphan of Abu Talib is a prophet?
10:51And it is on me, his uncle, to obey and follow him?
10:56You are not more worthy than him of prophethood.
10:58Yes, I am more worthy than him of prophethood.
11:02And I have proof of that lie.
11:05Yes, if it were true, it would not have wronged me and hurt me.
11:11Then, is it not enough for him to claim it for himself and blame it on me
11:16so that he aims our arrows at the tribes of the Arabs?
11:19He has its sheep and we have its sheep?
11:21Have you not renounced him and his deeds?
11:23I have done it.
11:25And I am the worst enemy of the people.
11:28Quraish saw that from me.
11:30So, you are in favor of his arrogance?
11:33Yes, yes, I am in favor of his arrogance.
11:37But Banu Hashim and Abu Talib obeyed him and did not obey me.
11:46If I had seen how they looked at me,
11:50it was as if I were a wild beast.
11:54So, even if Quraish acquits me of his arrogance,
11:57Hashim has accused me and rejected me
12:00because I disobeyed him in preventing Muhammad.
12:03And after that, a man from the Arabs would say,
12:06no, no, he obeyed his brother's son and did not see the sanctity of blood and mercy.
12:11And that is evil for the Arabs.
12:15O beautiful mother, do you see what I am in?
12:19I am the one who is in favor of any of the Ameer.
12:22This is what Muhammad has brought me to.
12:25In fact, he is guilty.
12:29Really?
12:30Guilty?
12:31Yes, by God.
12:33By God.
12:34I will take all the punishment for him.
12:36I will cover his vision and put a veil over it
12:39so that it will be said,
12:41this is his uncle who is against me.
12:44And if he were truthful, he would have been the first person to help him.
12:48Do it, O Abu Mu'tib.
12:50I swear by you, and I swear by you,
12:53you will see what I will do to him.
12:57By God.
12:59By God.
13:11By God.
13:31Brother Omar?
13:32I am so happy to see you.
13:34How are you, my sister?
13:35I am fine, as long as you are here.
13:37And you, Saeed?
13:38Good morning, Madam.
13:40You took advantage of me with your sister and your cousin.
13:44No one takes advantage of anyone, Omar.
13:46Should I bring you food or drink?
13:48Water only.
13:52How did you find the people?
13:56The target has been unified and the reasons have been set.
14:00And I see nothing but good in Quraysh
14:03if it remains like this.
14:10Don't you see?
14:11They all ask for the same goal.
14:14Muhammad is enough, and his call has been canceled.
14:17But they do not agree on the reason.
14:20These people aspire to the sons of Abd al-Manaf,
14:24and from Abd al-Manaf, who aspires to Hashim,
14:28and from Hashim, who aspires to the sons of Abd al-Muttalib,
14:32and from the sons of Abd al-Muttalib,
14:34who aspires to Muhammad.
14:37This is a disgrace, and Allah is the cause.
14:42And what harm is it that the reasons are different if the goal is the same?
14:46If the reasons for enmity are different, the ways are different.
14:49And if the ways are different, the people and their goal are more misguided.
14:53Then they sit and blame each other.
14:56What happened between them is worse than what happened between them and Muhammad.
15:07This is how camels are born.
15:10This is how camels are born.
15:13And you, didn't you show them how camels are born?
15:16By Allah, I did.
15:19And that angered my uncle, Abu al-Hakam.
15:22Your uncle, Abu al-Hakam, destroyed the people who obeyed him.
15:25He is my uncle in any case.
15:27I don't blame you for his foolishness,
15:29but I blame you for all his enemies.
15:33And I blame you that our father is one, and our mother is not one.
15:37And you, by Allah, are the dearest to me.
15:41And I know that you are kind to your brothers,
15:44and kindness is good.
15:46But I also know that my brother, Umar ibn al-Khattab,
15:50his mind only submits to good.
15:53And if he sees a vision today, and then sees someone else better than him,
15:56he will not be arrogant.
15:59Because his vision is like his falsehood.
16:02Because he does not control his opinion,
16:04the hope of anyone, or the fear of blood.
16:07If his opinion is true, then it is his religion.
16:10He is pleased with those who are pleased with him, and he hates those who hate him.
16:13Even if his uncle was Abu al-Hakam ibn Hisham.
16:29This is what you are in today, full of weakness and lack of manners.
16:33Abu al-Hakam's Palace
16:56This is what you are in today, full of weakness and lack of manners.
16:59I swear by God, who has no god but He, that God and His Messenger will be truthful to us and that this matter will reach the far east and the far west, and that God will give us the kingdom of Persia and Rome.
17:19The kingdom of Persia and Rome, you say?
17:21You see it far away, don't you?
17:23Yes.
17:25But it is near to God.
17:27So if today you are afflicted with a calamity in your religion, then remember the end of this matter as God has promised.
17:34May what you will find in the beginning be easy for you.
17:37We have believed in our Prophet, O Abu Bakr.
17:40And what God promises is true.
17:43But Islam will not emerge until the Arabs and this crowd from Quraish, who are now opposing God and His Messenger, want to test our religion.
17:54Yes, by God.
17:56Not all will enter this religion, except those who have already said it, and have perished in disbelief before this religion was revealed.
18:04And perhaps a man who opposes you today will be a brother to you in Islam tomorrow.
18:11That is why I say to you,
18:13O foolish people!
18:15You will not bear what you find of the enemies of Quraish today,
18:19despite their despair.
18:21And a man does not gain in kindness,
18:24nor does he gain in severity.
18:26Yes.
18:28Strength in truth and steadfastness when tested,
18:31is not arrogance and impudence.
18:34Falsehood does not save falsehood like itself.
18:37Falsehood is only returned with truth.
18:39And bad character with good character.
18:42And on the edge of hostility with kindness,
18:44and on ignorance with wisdom.
18:46Otherwise, our opponent will overcome us,
18:48and he will bind us to his character.
18:56You?
18:57I see you are surprised.
19:03I did not invite you to my battle.
19:05Your friend is guilty.
19:08And what can I do?
19:10I have no choice but to hasten you or hasten me.
19:13Was it necessary for you to make all that effort,
19:16as if you were defeating an enemy?
19:19We do that only to please our master.
19:22And if your master orders you to kill me,
19:24will you do it?
19:26Only if I am guilty.
19:28And what is the matter with you?
19:30That is why the servant is praised and others are blamed.
19:33And what is the wonder?
19:35Would you not do it if you were able to, and you were guilty?
19:37I will not.
19:39You are still a servant.
19:41Get out of this.
19:43What kind of man is still humble and humble?
19:46Do you have a drink from your cellar, sir?
19:48You are still drinking, you monster.
19:50If I did not, I would have killed you.
19:52You will not change.
19:54Only those who have an opinion and will change.
19:57And where are we from that?
20:00You know, Bilal,
20:02none of us is like his friend.
20:04God, except for the color.
20:06As if it is enough for your friend.
20:08No, by God, it is not enough.
20:10People do not get close to their minds,
20:12their hearts, and their drinks.
20:14True.
20:16Who among the people of Quraysh would say
20:18that you get close to the mind, the heart, and the drink?
20:30Do you not answer, son of Hamama?
20:34Am I son of Rabah?
20:36No, son of Hamama.
20:38This is what he calls you.
20:40Son of Hamama.
20:42A rabid wanderer.
20:44And after that, he does not care who your father is.
20:46Did you come to ruin my night?
20:48And is there a night like ours that is feared by its corruption?
20:56I have not seen you these days,
20:58so I have not found you.
21:00Where are you going?
21:02To do some business, sir.
21:06I hope you believe me.
21:08Come.
21:10If it is a good thing you have shared with me,
21:12it would not be good for you to hide anything from me.
21:14And what should I hide from you?
21:16That is what I ask of you.
21:20And I do not have an answer for it.
21:36I do not have an answer for it.
21:46O Abu Talib,
21:48let us meet again.
21:52We warned you at that time,
21:54and we spoke to you gently,
21:56and you gave us a beautiful answer,
21:58and you gave us a gentle answer,
22:00so that we thought you were a good man.
22:06Then we did not find you,
22:08except that your brother's son had wronged him,
22:10and there was a lot of gossip about him,
22:12and our ignorance was accused
22:14of a lack of skill and determination,
22:16so much so
22:18that their leader almost said,
22:20if you do not go to him,
22:22we will go to him,
22:24and we did not hear your opinion.
22:26And here we are today.
22:28We have come to you again,
22:30to tell you
22:32that the flood has reached Zuba,
22:34that the flood has reached Zuba,
22:36that the flood has reached Zuba,
22:38and by God,
22:40we will not be patient with this,
22:42from the curse of our gods and our fathers,
22:44and from the destruction of our dreams,
22:46until you stop it,
22:48or we will bring it down,
22:50and you will be responsible for it,
22:52until one of the two teams is destroyed.
23:04And you, what do you say?
23:34I swear by God,
23:36I swear by God,
23:38I swear by God,
23:40I swear by God,
23:42if Abu Talib left his brother's son
23:44and them,
23:46let him fall into my eyes.
23:48Where is the humility,
23:50the repentance,
23:52and the preservation of the wombs?
23:54Is this not a religion among the Arabs?
23:56How can they ask Abu Talib
23:58to bring it down,
24:00and he brings it down with him,
24:02but you were with him.
24:06I finished them,
24:08but they did not finish,
24:10and they are the light of the teeth,
24:12and I did not want to oppose them,
24:14and their opinion was agreed upon,
24:16but I am one of them.
24:18We are proud of you, O Omar,
24:20if Muhammad and his religion are mentioned,
24:22you are one of the strongest people against him,
24:24until we say,
24:26they almost asked him to shoot him,
24:28and if the people are concerned
24:30and you are angry,
24:32what do you ask for?
24:34I do not ask for morals, O Ayyash,
24:36and I do not ask for mercy,
24:40and I do not deny the opinion of the people
24:42except for the reason that carried me
24:44against the enemies of Muhammad.
24:46They say,
24:48Muhammad has violated our religion,
24:50and he has destroyed our dreams,
24:52and he has divided our people,
24:54and they have spoken the truth,
24:56so he has the right to be an enemy.
24:58He has the right
25:00to be separated from his brothers,
25:02and they know that this is against the Sunnah of the Arabs,
25:04and the inheritance of the fathers,
25:06and the costs of women,
25:08which they are still singing about
25:10in their poetry and in their songs.
25:12So they have taken from Muhammad,
25:14and they have established
25:16the Sunnah of their fathers,
25:18and they have destroyed their traditions,
25:20and those who thought
25:22that he was winning the war
25:24have failed,
25:26and they have destroyed
25:28their families,
25:30and their people,
25:32and they have destroyed
25:34their lives,
25:36and the sons of our ancestors
25:38have been ruined,
25:40and their daughters have been destroyed,
25:42and their sons have been destroyed.
25:44They leave all of that behind,
25:46and they give all,
25:48and they leave nothing,
25:50and they destroy everything,
25:52and they rescue everything
25:54I don't want to be beaten.
25:56It's a paste.
25:58A beast will not accept less than that.
26:00How great is your hero!
26:02Did you steal it from your master?
26:04Do you thank me for that, you fool?
26:07You didn't buy it with your father's money.
26:10If you don't want it, it's your business.
26:13I know you don't deserve it.
26:15Then why did you give it to me?
26:18Maybe you're stupid.
26:21I'm stupid.
26:24I'm just worried about you.
26:27I don't need anyone's concern.
26:29You're not my mother.
26:31I didn't say anything bad about your son.
26:36I'm sorry to be your mother.
26:39I hope you'll be my husband.
26:42You're a beast.
26:51You don't even smile at me.
26:54Let me show you my white teeth.
26:58My white teeth.
27:01This is the white we add to Arabs.
27:04My white teeth.
27:07You know how to laugh.
27:09White.
27:11White.
27:16Good morning, Abel Walid.
27:18Good morning.
27:20I like your brother, Abu Hudayfah.
27:22He hasn't visited us for a long time.
27:26Let's have a drink.
27:31Sit down.
27:37Welcome, my father and brother Walid.
27:41Welcome.
27:44Do you want to sit with my father?
27:47You eat and serve from the same pot.
27:50Don't get up until you finish your food, Hasan.
27:53No, sir. I'm full.
27:56Good day, sir.
28:03You shouldn't have broken his heart.
28:06I'm sorry for your servant, Abu Hudayfah.
28:10What would Quraish say if they found out
28:12that the son of Utbah bin Marabi'ah,
28:14the master of the servant of the sun,
28:16feeds his servant from the same pot?
28:19My father, I don't care what people think.
28:22I have my own opinion.
28:24And you have a good one too.
28:27I have love for him like some of my children.
28:29I don't have to feed him from the same pot.
28:32If we die, won't we be buried in the same soil?
28:35No, you won't be buried in the same soil.
28:38You won't be buried in the same ground.
28:41There are servants and masters in the grave too, my father.
28:45The graves are not for the dead.
28:49They are only their homes in life before death,
28:53and the homes of those who left their families behind.
28:57And what good is that for the dead themselves?
29:00They only have good deeds.
29:03What did you say?
29:05Good deeds last after the death of the dead.
29:10You said that good deeds take them to their graves?
29:15I understand that it is said that the good deeds
29:18last in people's hearts.
29:20But to take them?
29:24Did you sit down with Muhammad
29:26and talk to him about resurrection and reckoning?
29:30Did he really say that?
29:34I wasn't with you when he gathered the people at the table.
29:37And now you sit down, my father.
29:41I sit on a chair that your servant sat on.
30:01God bless you, my father.
30:12Muhammad, my brother.
30:14Muhammad, my brother.
30:18Hey!
30:20What have you done?
30:23Muhammad, your brother's son.
30:26Muhammad, your brother's son,
30:29your brother's son,
30:31insults me and insults my wife,
30:33and promises me hell,
30:35and says,
30:36it is the Quran that has been revealed to me,
30:39and I do not encourage anyone but this,
30:44and this,
30:48and you,
30:50yes, you,
30:56is this what you did to your brother's son?
30:59I have renounced him and his deeds.
31:03If you do not leave this as a regret,
31:05as a disgrace to the people,
31:07then it is a deed that will bring down the man's dignity.
31:10And I have renounced you,
31:12and this,
31:13and this,
31:15and all of you.
31:18If Abdul-Muttalib knew this,
31:20his heart would break.
31:22And it was said,
31:23Your mother did not give birth to a brother for you.
31:26And they did not say,
31:27Your mother gave birth to an enemy for you.
31:34Abu Lahab,
31:37did you forget anything?
31:50This.
31:54This.
31:56This.
31:58This.
32:24You should not have done this.
32:26No matter what,
32:27he is your brother,
32:28and he is older than you.
32:30The man's brother is a wretch,
32:33and so is his uncle.
32:37And what about the one who said,
32:39it is the Quran that has been revealed to him?
32:42He still says,
32:43it is the Quran that has been revealed to Muhammad,
32:46and he is insulted by it.
32:48Until Muhammad reads it,
32:50until Muhammad reads it,
32:53Abu Lahab's hands will tremble and tremble.
32:56His wealth and what he earned will not be enough for him.
32:59He will burn in a fire of fire.
33:03And his wife,
33:04the carrier of firewood,
33:05in her hand is a rope from Masad.
33:11If it were the hereafter and fire,
33:14then our brother Abu Lahab
33:15would have deserved it after what happened to him.
33:20Except that he is a fool.
33:22Or,
33:23that Muhammad is truly supported by the revelation.
33:27What do you mean?
33:29If Abu Lahab wanted,
33:31he would have canceled Muhammad's call in one moment.
33:35How is that?
33:37Has he not already been put to death by the fire,
33:40by that Quran that has been revealed to him?
33:43The judgment has already been made,
33:45and the matter has been decided.
33:47By God, yes.
33:48He has no choice but to go out among the people,
33:51to show that he has believed,
33:53that he has repented,
33:54and that he is righteous.
33:55And in doing so,
33:56he negates the verse,
33:57and denies its meaning,
33:58and denies our brother Abu Lahab.
34:00All praise is due to God,
34:01who has put an end to him
34:02with blindness and the absence of sight.
34:05This is what we can testify to now,
34:09if we cannot testify to anything else.
34:12Shall we not now go to Muhammad,
34:15and refer to him in the words of the people,
34:17so that he may stay on his own,
34:19and not burden us with the matter
34:21that we cannot bear?
34:40Take it easy, my son.
34:42I swear,
34:43I did not mean to disgrace you with my words,
34:46or weaken your victory.
34:48And I know now,
34:50that you will not leave this matter,
34:52until God reveals it,
34:54or destroys it.
34:56And if the sun were to set on your right,
34:58and the moon on your left,
35:00as you said,
35:01then go, my son,
35:03and say what you will.
35:05I swear,
35:06I will not submit to anything at all.
35:17I know now,
35:18that he will not give the people,
35:20even if the treasures of the earth were gathered for him,
35:23or if his soldiers were gathered against him.
35:25And if he gave,
35:26and said other than what he had said,
35:29he would have testified to himself with a lie.
35:33For any man who says,
35:35I am the prophet of God and his messenger,
35:38and then has good in his affair,
35:41he goes on, if he wills,
35:43and returns, if he wills,
35:45to meet the people,
35:46when he sees that he is commanded.
36:02Your brother went to Abu Talib twice,
36:05and you did not get anything from him.
36:07Yes, we did not.
36:09And Muhammad did what he had to do,
36:12and he goes against his religion,
36:14and defiles our religion,
36:16and corrupts our weak minds.
36:18What you are doing,
36:20and we have now learned a certain knowledge,
36:23is that Abu Talib will not leave between us,
36:26and between my brother.
36:29O father of the judge,
36:31would you have greeted him,
36:33if he were one of your sons?
36:36I would have held him in my hand,
36:38if I had guaranteed him to the people.
36:41And when he did,
36:43the people were at my command,
36:45and they would take him,
36:47even if they were to kill me.
36:49It is strange that Muhammad
36:51puts his blood on the line,
36:53and gathers his people
36:55on the line of religion,
36:57even though they have different
36:59nationalities, colors, and homes.
37:01And then, if we wanted to take him,
37:03he refused to take your people.
37:06He is the one who takes from us
37:08his soul and his religion,
37:10and does not give us anything from himself.
37:13And now, when we have despaired of Abu Talib,
37:16the time has come.
37:18Yes, by God,
37:20you have apologized to Abu Talib,
37:22as my uncle, Abu al-Hakam, said.
37:26But,
37:28it is not wise to hasten to Bani Hashim
37:31with enmity and division,
37:33for he has turned red
37:35what is still with you
37:37against Muhammad.
37:40Abu Talib did not say,
37:42I am on the religion of Muhammad,
37:44and like him, Hamza and Abbas.
37:46And if they prevent him,
37:48then to blood and mercy.
37:50And does not the Arab
37:52show them that they gave their son
37:54in their own hands,
37:56and did not care for mercy or sin in him?
37:58Then no one will give them
38:00any weight after that.
38:02And whoever does not prevent his son,
38:04does not prevent his neighbor.
38:06And that is your religion,
38:08which you inherited
38:10from your fathers,
38:12and you still boast of it.
38:16And if ever
38:18Bani Hashim obeyed you
38:20in Muhammad,
38:22you would have been the first
38:24to cast them out,
38:26and they would have been humiliated
38:28in your eyes,
38:30but you would have been all
38:32in the eyes of the Arabs.
38:34So Bani Hashim does not show
38:36mercy,
38:38but they are in your hearts.
38:40And Abdul Muttalib
38:42was your master,
38:44to whom you submitted
38:46your matter.
38:48So whoever wants to mean
38:50good or bad to you,
38:52he meant to him.
38:54We know this.
38:56What else?
38:58Separate the words.
39:00Do not hasten to Bani Hashim
39:02with enmity and division.
39:04They are in the religion of Muhammad.
39:06And what do they do
39:08so that those who see
39:10that they are the head of the Quraish
39:12and the chest of them,
39:14and that they have the guardianship
39:16of the house and the roof and the water?
39:18We did not deny you
39:20in us, O Umar,
39:22and we did not deny your opinion.
39:24That, by God, is the saying.
39:26We did not hear of the opinion
39:28except that its work is not good for us.
39:30And we did not hear an opinion
39:32that it should not be done.
39:34If we were excused to Abu Talib,
39:36we were not excused
39:38to Muhammad himself.
39:40So did you talk to him?
39:42Did you argue with him?
