00:00When I read the pilot script, it was so visual, the details of each scene, the description,
00:26the timeline was so accurate.
00:28It showed when the President changed, the timeline was so clean and precise.
00:43When I read a script, it's important to me that I read it and feel each scene.
00:49So, that's where it's very heartwarming.
00:56My first reaction upon reading the script, I was amazed by how well thought of the story.
01:10And of course, you get nervous because you have expectations for yourself,
01:18that you'll be able to portray such a beautiful character in such a beautiful story.
01:25And aside from that, I'll be working with brilliant actors.
01:36Like they said, we saw the massiveness of the story,
01:40but what really concerns me more is the effect of this in the eyes of the audience that will watch Pulang Araw.
01:47I think this is very relevant.
01:49It's great because it's like we went back to World War II.
01:54And as the story progressed, our script increased.
01:59So, every time I read it, after the visuals, after the accuracy,
02:04we're already in the depths, in the conflicts within the family,
02:09and then our four conflicts that started with the shipwreck and then suddenly became a problem.
02:15The struggles that were happening to Adelina, to Teresita, to the four of us, to Eduardo, and to Hiroshi.
02:24So, that's what's important, and where we'll be able to overcome those,
02:30the situations that we'll face, each character.
02:34Super happy to be part of this, and that's all.
02:38I know that all of us in our family line, we have a fair share of stories about World War II and the Japanese occupation.
02:44But it didn't have a visual, like what Barbs said earlier.
02:48It doesn't have a picture in our minds.
02:51So, I think with Pulang Araw, we'll be able to give life to all the stories of our grandparents,
02:58especially the so-called World War II babies.
03:02And being a part of this cast, with the whole cast that we have now, of course, brilliant actors,
03:09and everyone is working.
03:12I can see and feel it with every tapings that we have,
03:16from how it was written by Mrs. Zetoctolerio to the direction of Director Dominic Zapata,
03:22the production crew, and our staff is really on to this.
03:26I think this should really be called the biggest project of GMA this 2024.
